I think there will be announcement and new system for the revamp rather than just throwing it randomly on Mane's Bulletins like this, and judging on how Hypergryph's meaning of Revamp, it could either be something like Module in Arknights where there will be a new equipment to add another layers of effect/qol to the skills or a full kit rework
