I recently discovered the band "Knocked Loose" and I instantly loved it. It's not for everyone but definitely worth a shot. Nice video as always, love from France.
My favourite metal band is Acid Bath, it’s not a known band, because they played a very agressive doom metal and sludge metal style, but for me it’s perfection, if you don’t like this type but they have three songs that are I think one of the most beautiful songs in metal history, especially the Bones of Baby Dolls.
QOTD Some of my favorites are The Acacia strain 88kasyo junrei Humanity's last breath Valley of snakes I, Valience Ingested Slaughter to prevail Gorepig Nitheful Ningen Isu Till lindemann/Rammstein Mental Cruelty Impuritan Vulvodynia Distant Rivers of Nihil Shrine of Malice Sold soul Black Tongue Human Error/Acrania Alien Weaponry Gravemind Aversions crown I listen to a lot of music www, I listen to a lot of different music too, but I tend to like my metal on the dark and heavy side
QOTD: Avenged sevenfold, Killswitch engage, Babymetal, Slipknot, and a new favorite of mine: Dethklok. Went to one of their concerts and they opened for Babymetal. It was awesome!
Killswitch is one of my favorites. For heavier stuff I like hate breed, bad omens for artificial suicide and some other songs since they seem to be into different genres as well. Fear factory is another good one I like. If you ever wanna listen to some different metal check out Rammstein they’re a bit older but big. A small band I like is 2 cents they have an album called dressed to kill and it is one of my all time favorite albums. Most music apps don’t even have these guys they’re so small. I’ll bet their official RUclips has less than 500k subs
QOTD: IMPERIAL CIRCUS DEAD DECADENCE. I love how good the Japanese are at metal and rock as a whole, the person who does their screams is IMMENSLY TALENTED, being able to switch from different types of screams on a whim, and their instrumentals are simply amazing at their base, I truly wish they were present here in the states but sadly that is not the case, still, easily my favorite metal band
QOTD : I adore Metal! here's my top ten in no particular order + 1 song i can suggest if you want to get into them! 1- Alter Bridge - One day remains 2- Breaking Benjamin - Firefly 3- Iron Maiden - Can I play With Madness 4- Ghost - Cirice 5- Judas Priest - Ram it Down 6- Rammstein - Ich tu Dir weh 7-Tremonti - A World Away 8- Chevelle - Jawbreaker 9- Galactic Cowboys - Blood in my eyes 10- Mastodon - Teardrinker Have a good day Joltz!
QOTD: A metal band that I got into recently and really like is Sabaton. Not only are their songs high energy, but they're educational, covering different people & battles throughout history. If you want a sampling, Primo Victoria is the song I first found them from, and covers Operation Overlord, also known as D-Day.
QOTD: I recently started listening to a Japanese metal band called Maximum the Hormone and have absolutely loved them so far. From what I've heard they are often compared to System of a Down (Also a good recommendation) because of their erratic style with music and how quickly it can shift even during the same song.
QOTH: Sleep Token. My sister introduced me to them a couple weeks ago and they have quickly become a new favorite. Lot of different generas mixed with metal. Pop, rap, r+b, gospel, the whole 9 yards. Def worth a listen.
QOTD: Some of my favorite bands that I would recommend is Cult to Follow for a more grounded sound Dope for more of an adrenaline rush and All Good Things for a mix of the two. Some specific songs i recommend is My Funeral, Selfish, and Hold On from Dope, 10 Seconds from Panic, Leave it all behind, Lies, and Perfect from Cult to Follow, and finally from All Good Things i would recommend Machines, For the Glory, A Hope in Hell, and Undefeated. Enjoy Joltz.
Gojira is a fun djent band. Favorite song by them is low lands if you want a look at what they do. Whitechapel, Chelsea grin, and slaughter to prevail are always great picks
QOTD: Freedom Call, they're mostly known for their brand of Power Metal which is super peppy and just makes you feel good. If you want some song recommendations from them I'd say a good start would be High Up, High Above, Colours of Freedom, and Freedom Call. Other solid tracks include Metal is for Everyone and Emerald Skies.
QOTD: Pantera is a great band and I personally love them for their angry songs like Cowboys From Hell and Domination but you also got melodic ballads like Floods (like the gun from bl3, its inspired by them). Great band
QotD: My recommendations are Savaton, Gloryhammer and Powerwolf. And hey Joltz your videos are awesome and I am always waiting for the new video to come out
QOTD: pop some The Dillinger Escape Plan in your playlist, their later songs have great choruses like One Of Us Is The Killer and Unretrofied. But their first album Calculating Infinity is what they are most known for because those songs were so hectic.
QOTD: I’m a huge metal fan, and personally, my favourite band is Avenged Sevenfold. My favourite album of theirs is probably the Stage, but I’d recommend starting with the album Nightmare, or Hail to the King. Their newer albums get pretty prog metal-esque, so I’d wait on those until you have a better understanding of the band’s sound. Also worth looking into the story of their original drummer named The Rev, although it’s rather heartbreaking. Hope you enjoy listening to them Joltz!
System of a Down and Metallica are classics. It's kinda basic, but honestly they're popular for a reason. I listen to others, but if I wanna chill out and blast some tunes while messing around in a game, they're my go to.
QOTD: Nine Inch is an absolute must. I always recommend The Downward Spiral and The Fragile for people who have never heard of his music before because they show you exactly what he's about and they're some of his best work.
QOTD: Ice Nine Kills is very original with their albums centered around horror movies and games like Halloween, Scream, and The Crow. Always fun to listen to them around halloween time.
QOTD: Big list, probably getting buried but if a single person finds something new they like I'm happy. Mostly symphonic metal and power metal, some other subgenres mixed in, might add more later as I think of more. Visions of Atlantis Therion Arjen Anthony Lucassen's Star One Xandria Elysion Edenbridge Amaranthe Die Apokalyptischen Reiter Tiamat Ningen Isu Galneryus Tristania Heaven Shall Burn Skyclad Korpiklaani Eluveitie Unleash The Archers Brothers of Metal Ancient Bards Ember Falls Ensiferum Elvenking Dark Age Avatarium Falkenbach Gamma Ray Helion Prime Edenbridge Wildpath Evenoire Disarmonia Mundi Stratovarius Equillibrium Moonsorrow Dark Tranquility Paradise Lost
QOTD: archspire has been one of my favorites as of late, they make some of the fastest tech death music i have ever heard. Also Fit For An Autopsy makes amazing deathcore music.
QOTD: I'm so late, you probably won't see. But hopefully I have a few you've never heard. Some I recently found (Pressure Cracks. Great American Ghost. The Anchor. Every time I die.) Couple of obscure ones: alt. (From my home state) Mnemic, and Picture the End (one ep in 2005 but mates and I saw them live a handful of times) Keep up the good work, Joltz
QOTD: Electric Callboy are quickly becoming a favourite as the music they make is amazing. The mixture of techno, pop and metal is awesome along with the multi-lingual lyrics and the production value just makes it unique.
Qotd: of course the usuals like metallica, avenged sevenfold, korn, but my favorite to see was definitely iron maiden. It feels more like theater than just a concert. Such a fun time seeing the lead singer sword fight eddie the trooper while singing and jumping all over the place
QOTD: If you're into power metal, I HIGHLY recommend Beast in Black, Battle Beast, Power Wolf, Sabaton, Dragon Force (Their newer albums are awesome), Avenged Seven Fold, and Little V (for his awesome gaming covers).
QOTD: i absolutely love Cypecore, they are a small band from germany, the songs are in english so no language barrier there, they are melodic, they are heavy and sometimes quite catchy, cant recommend them enough. My favourite album is The Alliance, but my favourite song right now is Doomsday Parade. Me and my lil kiddo love it ❤
Qotd: pantera will be an all time favorite, acid bath is also really cool if you like heavier music though the lyrics can be a bit offputting if youre sensitive to that
QOTD: Two of my new favorites are Sabaton and... Alestorm. Sabaton is a power metal band that mostly covers military history, major wars, battles and soldiers. Alestorm is folk metal that is most accurately described as funny pirate metal.
Metal bands wise, simple: Lorna Shore, Decalius, Abigor, Swallow the Sun and Insomnium. Listened to them for years, and they are always bands I keep returning to on monthly basis.
Joltz you have asked the mother of all questions for me, Shadow of Intent. They are the most beautiful, most heavy, most talented metal you could easily get into, start with From Ruin We Rise and if you like it just start listening to everything, The Black Dahlia Murder is great and has a new album coming out in September if you like highs, Not Enough Space is a newer band that has some amazing female vocals, highly suggest their song Goth Girl Dinner, Bare King and Walking Wounded dropped EPs this year that are right in that hardcore pocket if you like that Firekeeper dropped a self titled album this year and it's just soooooooo good, absolute amazing vocals, 2 dudes with Elden Ring passion, Summoning The Lich has a phenomenal discography, but Acid Reign is so easy to listen too, Netherwalker is some absolutely insane stuff if you want vocal Olympics, but they only got 3 songs Sorry for ranting but I average like 5 hours a day of listening to Spotify and most of that is metal, metal has sooooo much passion and talent it's all phenomenal! And if you want more clean singing still involved Alesana has an album The Emptiness, oh my god it's amazing.
QOTD: Not a mental band cause he does a variety if stuff, but Johnathan Young makes some neat Metal covers of Disney/anime/videogame songs. Also a big fan of the Collab Album he did with Galactikracken "Starship Velociraptor"
QOTD: Definitely ERRA for me. Their guitarwork on their music is crazy good, and they've got some real banger. Would also chuck in Polaris, Unleash the Archers and Crystal Lake in there.
Love the video starting with random facts that somehow we never noticed 10+ years later. For band, Sabaton is a good choice. Or any old school thrash metal!!!
QOTD: Knocked loose, Motionless in white, Polaris, can never go wrong with slipknot, a day to remember, thornhill has some good bangers and so does sleep token and bad omens. love these bands
Favorite metal albums of the year so far: Spectral Voice - Sparagmos Moisson Livide - Sent Impèri Gascon Midnight Odyssey - Closer to the Sky Thou - Umbilical Thanatotherion - Alienation Manifesto Uttertomb - Nebulas of Self-Desecration Sarcastic Obedience - Fading Faith
QOTD: It is a tie between Parkway Drive and Architects. Huge discographies from both, although they range from metal to more heavy rock. Other honorable mentions include ERRA, August Burns Red, and The Acacia Strain if you want to go real heavy.
QOTD: Skindred have been a recent favorite of mine, but I usually find myself going back to I Prevail, more on the rock side but a bunch of their songs are still within the metal genre. NOTHING MORE is starting a new EP that sounds really banger too
Qotd: maybe not traditionally metal but Plini, Polyphia, Intervals, Chon, GoGo Penguin, Andy James, Angel Vivaldi, i built the sky, Arch Echo, Cloudkicker are instrumental favorites of mine. I think you'd really like the 8-bit-ish covers of Polyphia that KB3K does. A bit more traditionally considered metal with singing are Arch Enemy, Epica, Unleash the Archers, Ghost, Jinjer, and ofc Meshuggah.
My all time favourite metal band would be Starkill. They blend Melodic Death Metal with Power metal to create some of the best tracks I've heard; Detonate and Not Alone being my favourite. I can also recommend Aephanemer, Swallow the Sun and for a Japanese metal band; Serenity In Murder.
QOTD: as a mostly rock but also metal head. motionless in white, godsmack, five finger death punch, bring me to horizon, avenge sevenfold, falling in reverse, linkin park, starset, black veil brides, asking alexandria, i could go on but listening to these you're bound to find other bands to like.
QOTD: Animals as leaders is the most unique band that exists currently. Think polyphia with all the fancy stuff taken out. Listen to their first album and the joy of motion
Amon amarth, The Sword, Huntress and of course deathklok (or anything with brendon smalls). Psycadellic p*rn crumpets is also a great listen, they do metal style breakdowns in some songs but are more hard/psy rock.
QOTD: SABATON! My personal favorite band. They do military history, primarily. Their latest stuff has been really great. RichaadEB does great metal covers of video game music. Tenacious D is a classic. Jack Black does metal! Brothers of Metal is great viking metal. AC/DC and Quiet Riot are also certified classics. Plenty of hair metal.
QOTD: Johnathan Young and his band Galactikraken are great! Also avenged sevenfold and this finish folk metal band called korpiklaani! Also also, Mick Gordon and the doom soundtrack!
QOTD: Metal is a huge genre but here are some of my favorites. Mastodon, Knocked Loose, Harms Way, Code Orange, Body Count, Slayer, Slipknot, Black Sabbath.
Very late but Berried Alive is my all-time favorite band, they're Modern Metal and most of the lyrics are pretty edgy but I'd die on the hill for them any day.
Sabaton or Brothers of Metal. My two favorite metal bands atm. I saw Sabaton in concert once and it was one of the best I'd ever been to. If Brothers of Metal comes to tour in the US, there will be no limits to what I will do to go see them.
2 cents has an album called dressed to kill which I highly recommend and idk if I’d call them metal but a huge band you’ve probably heard of is Five Finger death Punch everyone knows them but they have a lot of good songs scattered through different albums. Got your six is my favorite album by them but I also love and I mean LOVE Gone Away and Wrong Side of Heaven. Both songs have made me tear up for years just watching the music videos no matter how many times I watch the videos it makes me hurt inside and wish I could help make a difference to those with problems from the military. I remember I showed my old social studies teacher the music video for Gone Away. This guy was on the line but he ranked up and sits back giving orders and is I believe still in the national Guard or whatever he was in when I last seen him. Grown man that’s watched people die on the line of duty and probably killed a few on the opposing side. Guy is tough as nails and laughed at students yelling at him in the middle of class but has a strong heart and an excellent person. I remember looking up to him taking the headphones off with tears rolling down his face. Such a weird look when a man who looks like a drill sergeant just sniffling and tearing up but that’s what those vids do it’s a sad truth what happens to these soldiers behind closed doors and no one hears about it.
@QOTD: I think you would possibly enjoy Sleep Token. They're a band from the UK doing some amazing progressive style metal crossed with rnb and electronica. Specifically Granite, Take Me Back To Eden and most of the songs on their 2 newest albums are where they get into their stride. Well worth the listen, love the videos man❤
QOTD: Depends on if you don't mind harsh vocals, if you're OK with them then I recommend: Behemoth Dimmu Borgir Cradle OF Filth Immortal Miseration For a mixture of Clean and harsh vocals I recommend Ad Infinitum Fear Factory Wintersun Insomnium Trivium Slipknot Tesseract Epica Lacuna Coil Mechina Devind Townsend Project Borknagar Amorphis Eluveitie Ensiferum Jinjer Khemmis Opeth Scar Symmetry Solutiion .45 Unleash The Archers Wilderun For 99% none harsh vocals I recommend: Nightwish Dream Theatre Metallica Avantasia The Dark Element Delain Evergrey Frozen Crown Nocturna H.I.M Kamelot Myrath Orden Ogan Vanden Plas Xandria I could easily triple that, but that should be enough for now, there is lots of great stuff out there!
QOTD: They're fairly big in Canada, but most of my friende in the states havent heard of them so i gotta recommend Billy Talent. They're probably my favorite band of all time with consistently great music through each album!
QOTD: Anything with Devin Townsend - Devin Townsend (solo, best), Devin Townsend Project, Strapping Young Lad, etc. More talented and musically proficient/prolific than most artists (of any genre).
QOTD: My favorites are Lorna Shore, Slaughter to Prevail, White Chapel, Chelsea Grin, and new to me is Electric Callboy (EDM mixed with metal vocals), and always BabyMetal.
Hey Joltz I've been playing Roguelands a lot recently and then I installed spawn multiplier for other reasons and for some reason, even though I don't have spawn multiplier active Roguelands breaks. Basically it stops putting me in the correct locations in the maps and then when I try to leave the map (b/c I know that the mod will warp me back to wherever I need to be) the game crashes
QOTD : some of my all-time favorites is Architects, Polaris, LANDMVRK, Caliban and Emmure, also some cool bands is Atlas and their album called UKKO, some tracks of DVSR, and Chelsea Grin, which is on a more heavy side tho. Also Disturbed is my childhood top one, was a fan of them from, like, eight or nine years old
QOTD Shamless plug for my friend's band, Culloden! Very Judas Priest/Megadeth inspired, sound guy who runs it, and they recently has second place in a Metal to the Masses competition here in the north east of England!
No idea what kind of metal you like but for some contemporary metal bands Foreign Hands just put out a great album just last week and Johnny Booth had my favorite album from last year. Polaris and Currents are also great.
I don’t usually comment, but this is in my strike zone: Hammerfall Iron maiden A7X (up to hail to the king) Dream Evil Derdian Temperance Sabaton Nightwish Brothers of metal Gloryhammer Alestorm Wind rose Dragonforce Disturbed Beast in black Winterstorm Powerwolf Cain’s offering Circle of silence Elvenking Falconer Unleash the archers Dragonland Fairyland Twilight Force Spellblast Eternity’s end Dionysus Shadowstrike A decent portion of the above may also be classed as rock, but since the genres have mostly blended I have shoved them together, please enjoy.
Terramorphous didn't stand a chance!
QOTD: What are some of your favorite metal bands?
It varies between what songs I'm in the mood for. I recently discovered Dwarf metal and its actually pretty good ngl.
My favorite metal band right now is The Ghost Inside, they have really good music
Five finger death Punch is definitely worth checking out also love your vids have a great day Joltz
Metallica. It literally has ‘Metal’ in the name.
I recently discovered the band "Knocked Loose" and I instantly loved it. It's not for everyone but definitely worth a shot. Nice video as always, love from France.
You didn't do the camera shake when showing the build. Video ruined.
He forgot to say "no bar" in one of his recent videos...
Run invalid
I did it so fast and aggressively that the camera had the shutter effect making it appear still.
@@Joltzdude139 It's like those videos where a helicopter spins it's rotors as fast as the fps of the camera.
Downvote 😂
So this series clearly is going to join Dahl Maya, Bandit Gaige, etc. in the graveyard.
Wellll....
It’s back 🙌🏼
QOTD: Trivium are always my go to recommendation but if you would like something more prog then give Caligula's Horse a listen
QOTD absolutely system of a down super unique sound and it has a very specific sound that no one else has replicated
Absolutely 💯
I've been feeling Beartooth for a more melodic sound. But I really like A War to Win. They're good, and a South Carolina local band

QOTD: Avenged sevenfold, Killswitch engage, Babymetal, Slipknot, and a new favorite of mine: Dethklok. Went to one of their concerts and they opened for Babymetal. It was awesome!
Rip John

Call me a nerd but i love Sabaton. I love history as well as metal. So its just the perfect mix. Seen them 5 times
If you like power metal check out Galneryus, something more traditional go for Ningen Isu, both really solid Japanese groups.
Avatar is a pretty sick Metal Band frim sweden, Like hail the Apocalypse was a banger
There newer one the dirt I'm buried in is pretty popular now too
And so Sniper Sal goes rhe way of Dahl Maya and Bandit Gaige...
QOTD : I adore Metal! here's my top ten in no particular order + 1 song i can suggest if you want to get into them!

Honestly, Invent Animate is great, love the series!
Invent is great! Their latest single has been on repeat since it came out, that chorus is so good and so catchy.
Hey joltz! Fun fact, there's a reference to you in the newest battle pass of Overwatch where there's a voice line that goes "LEVEL UP DUDE!"
QOTD: I recently started listening to a Japanese metal band called Maximum the Hormone and have absolutely loved them so far. From what I've heard they are often compared to System of a Down (Also a good recommendation) because of their erratic style with music and how quickly it can shift even during the same song.

Desolate is one of the few bands that's still active that I listen to regularly. Amazing musically, lyrically. All around awesome.

I’ll have to check those
Hell yeah, Hanabie mentioned!
Nemophila is also great.
spiritbox and PPC are amazing dude
QOTD: Two of my new favorites are Sabaton and... Alestorm.
Sabaton is a power metal band that mostly covers military history, major wars, battles and soldiers.

The Black Dahlia Murder is great and has a new album coming out in September if you like highs,

Bare King and Walking Wounded dropped EPs this year that are right in that hardcore pocket if you like that
Firekeeper dropped a self titled album this year and it's just soooooooo good, absolute amazing vocals, 2 dudes with Elden Ring passion,
Summoning The Lich has a phenomenal discography, but Acid Reign is so easy to listen too,
Netherwalker is some absolutely insane stuff if you want vocal Olympics, but they only got 3 songs
Sorry for ranting but I average like 5 hours a day of listening to Spotify and most of that is metal, metal has sooooo much passion and talent it's all phenomenal!

Valiant hearts and galleons are two of my favorites the lead singer is the same guy in both but they're melodic sound with some killer breakdowns
QOTD: Unleash the Archers is a awesome Canadian metal band, beyond them are Sabaton, Beast in Black, and Battle Beast are all great
QOTD: Knocked loose, Motionless in white, Polaris, can never go wrong with slipknot, a day to remember, thornhill has some good bangers and so does sleep token and bad omens. love these bands
Favorite metal albums of the year so far:
Spectral Voice - Sparagmos
Moisson Livide - Sent Impèri Gascon
Midnight Odyssey - Closer to the Sky
Thou - Umbilical
Thanatotherion - Alienation Manifesto
Uttertomb - Nebulas of Self-Desecration
Sarcastic Obedience - Fading Faith
Qotd: There's a Brazilian rock band that you maybe would like. It is called "Angra" and their songs are pretty good and they're in english.
QOTD : Ice nine kills is my favourite metalband, because every song is a song about a horror movie. Horror and metal is just a great combo!!
Amon amarth, The Sword, Huntress and of course deathklok (or anything with brendon smalls). Psycadellic p*rn crumpets is also a great listen, they do metal style breakdowns in some songs but are more hard/psy rock.
Nevermore and conquering dystopia, jeff loomis is a beast
QOTD:
SABATON!
QOTD: Judas Priest is my go-to Metal band. Very solid discography across the years.
10:30 thats the exact sound i made when i saw slag on it after all those runs
QOTD: Metal is a huge genre but here are some of my favorites.
Mastodon, Knocked Loose, Harms Way, Code Orange, Body Count, Slayer, Slipknot, Black Sabbath.
QOTD: Gojira, with The Way of All Flesh being my favorite album of all time, this album helped me cope with the darker aspects of mortality
Joltz is into metal. HELL YEAH MAN.
Definitely listen to some motionless in white
Zeal & Ardor are my favourite band for metal, they've got a new album coming out soon too!
Fit for a king is one of my favorites over the past year
Very late but Berried Alive is my all-time favorite band, they're Modern Metal and most of the lyrics are pretty edgy but I'd die on the hill for them any day.
Well worth the listen, love the videos man❤
QOTD: "Falling in reverse", King810" and "Archspire" always brighten my day
QOTD: MASTODON! The album Leviathan is really good also Megadeath is always peak. PS: I love you dude
QOTD: Depends on if you don't mind harsh vocals, if you're OK with them then I recommend:
Behemoth
Dimmu Borgir
Cradle OF Filth
Immortal
Miseration
For a mixture of Clean and harsh vocals I recommend
Ad Infinitum
Fear Factory
Wintersun
Insomnium
Trivium
Slipknot
Tesseract
Epica
Lacuna Coil
Mechina
Devind Townsend Project
Borknagar
Amorphis
Eluveitie
Ensiferum
Jinjer
Khemmis
Opeth
Scar Symmetry
Solutiion .45
Unleash The Archers
Wilderun
For 99% none harsh vocals I recommend:
Nightwish
Dream Theatre
Metallica
Avantasia
The Dark Element
Delain
Evergrey
Frozen Crown
Nocturna
H.I.M
Kamelot
Myrath
Orden Ogan
Vanden Plas
Xandria
I could easily triple that, but that should be enough for now, there is lots of great stuff out there!
QOTD: They're fairly big in Canada, but most of my friende in the states havent heard of them so i gotta recommend Billy Talent. They're probably my favorite band of all time with consistently great music through each album!
QOTD: Can never go wrong with Gojira, Archspire is pretty good to but only if you like the screamy singing.
Sleep Token are really popular right now, Self Deception has more of a punk vibe, Ice Nine Kills is great if you love horror movies
Favorite Metal Bands: (Melodic Metal that is) Sabaton (all real war stories in the lyrics by the way!) Soilwork, In Flames
Tenacious D! My favorite band in general and Jack Black is a treasure of a man; not all of their songs are metal, but I recommend all of them
QOTD: Anything with Devin Townsend - Devin Townsend (solo, best), Devin Townsend Project, Strapping Young Lad, etc. More talented and musically proficient/prolific than most artists (of any genre).
QOTD: gonna go off the rails a lil bit. Candlemass. Epic sound, cinematic instrumentation, beautiful vocals.
QOTD: Check out Mastodon! They always have great vocals and really good instrumentation. They’re super cool people as well.
QOTD: The Absolution Sequence. Pure riff goodness
This was the question of the day I've been waiting for! Bring me the Horizon, Dance Gavin Dance, Motionless in White, and Coletta are my favourites
My favourite metal band is Periphery! Specific songs I'd suggest are Scarlet, Wildfire, and 22 Faces
QOTD: My favorites are Lorna Shore, Slaughter to Prevail, White Chapel, Chelsea Grin, and new to me is Electric Callboy (EDM mixed with metal vocals), and always BabyMetal.
QOTD: I can highly recommend The Raven Age as they have some absolute bangers. Also recently learned about Seven and they have some fun stuff.
Alestorm is great for when you're feeling goofy, they play pirate metal
Hey Joltz I've been playing Roguelands a lot recently and then I installed spawn multiplier for other reasons and for some reason, even though I don't have spawn multiplier active Roguelands breaks. Basically it stops putting me in the correct locations in the maps and then when I try to leave the map (b/c I know that the mod will warp me back to wherever I need to be) the game crashes
QOTD: Voivod, Canadian prog thrash, there's really nothing like it
Try the albums Nothingface and Dimension Hatröss
QOTD : some of my all-time favorites is Architects, Polaris, LANDMVRK, Caliban and Emmure, also some cool bands is Atlas and their album called UKKO, some tracks of DVSR, and Chelsea Grin, which is on a more heavy side tho.
Also Disturbed is my childhood top one, was a fan of them from, like, eight or nine years old
QOTD
Shamless plug for my friend's band, Culloden!
I don’t usually comment, but this is in my strike zone:
Hammerfall
Iron maiden
A7X (up to hail to the king)
Dream Evil
Derdian
Temperance
Sabaton
Nightwish
Brothers of metal
Gloryhammer
Alestorm
Wind rose
Dragonforce
Disturbed
Beast in black
Winterstorm
Powerwolf
Cain’s offering
Circle of silence
Elvenking
Falconer
Unleash the archers
Dragonland
Fairyland
Twilight Force
Spellblast
Eternity’s end
Dionysus
Shadowstrike
A decent portion of the above may also be classed as rock, but since the genres have mostly blended I have shoved them together, please enjoy.
QOTD : The Birthday Massacre. I'm not sure if they're "metal metal" but they're my fav band of all time
