agreed J money. I would like to put out there each type of stakeholder has his or her own type and personality to be collaborated with. One size does not fit all. Thank you for your dedication to our craft.
I find your videos very informative and helpful. I'm curious about additional tips you might suggest for improving communication between clients, project managers, and contractors. Currently, the client wants to be involved and communicates directly with subs, leading to delays and multiple email threads. Do you know or could you recommend a platform that allows the client to observe project development, provide feedback, and lets subs respond on one platform, avoiding multiple email threads while ensuring client information is accessible but not obstructive?
I am literally so mad about what your Owner is doing to you. Owners should NEVER talk to subs directly. The key is to get everyone in the right meeting system. Have you seen the LeanTakt videos about how to run those meetings?
@@jasonwilliamschroeder Well, let's just say each client is unique and special in their own way. I'll definitely check out the Lean Talk videos. I was just curious if you knew of an online tool or app that allows the client to monitor the project progress and can interact solely with the project manager. Simultaneously, the PM could use this tool/app to streamline communication between the contractor/subs and manage all threads in one place.
I want write about this topic "“Engineering problems that lead to arbitration between stakeholders and construction project managers” how can you help me ?
