GTA Online HSW Time Trial "Terminal" BEST and EASIEST Route,

HSW Time Trial "Terminal". Easy 254k plus 5200RP.
As a Vehicle I used intentionally the Car (Karin S95) everybody should get for free for finishing the Haos Special Work Introduction.
With a Weaponized Ignus or a Hakouchou Drag in HSW Configuration it is even easier to complete these Rookie-friendly Time Trials under Par Time.

Bruh I just pin pointed where I wanted to go, then I fell off by that river, too fast, hit a rock, flew to the other side, tried to get back over to the other side and fell into the river

As much as I know different tire/rim choices never affect the grip or traction level. All tires types have the same grip level BUT the shock absorbtion varies so if you choose tires with a higher side wall (Offroad, Tuners etc.) they are able to absorb shocks and vibrations which can make the car unstable while curb boosting.
Unfortunately the RWD S95, specially in the high performance HSW Configuration provides not much grip and traction in general. In order to accelerate without or with not too much wheelspin you have to dose the throttle.
In general the S95 I use is a horrible choice for the Time Trials. I just choose it back in the days because it was the HSW Car everybody got for free for transferring to the E&E Version of GTA during the first month (?) If I remember right.
Best choices for the HSW Time Trials are by far the HSW Hakouchou Drag or if you dont like to use bikes the AWD Weaponized Ignus is perfect for it.

Ive given up on these races when npc drivers started getting out of hand with purpose fully driving into, or blocking you.
