    Brilliant. Nice to see the end to end results. Have done some molasses rum with a T500 Alembic so gonna try your honey one asap. Well presented.

    If you had started the boil slower would you have gotten better separation of the heads and hearts?

      Maybe a bit due to the still running a bit slower but not much. The best separation is always done by taste and smell.

    was wondering how many litres there was in the G40 for the mash in

      32 litres mash and then 30 litres sparge but you can use more water in the sparge if drain the G40 first giving you a bigger wash of 55 litres
