One of the best things about therapy is the feedback you receive. It's hard to get good feedback on an online forum like this. It's good to vent, but I think therapy can be beneficial.

I do relate to some of that. When the guy seemed to be pulling away I was more interested. And I kept wondering why. Then after reading self-help books, I knew I was reliving my past. It wasn't that guys were bad it was the ones I wanted. Every single thing you're saying about women I thought the same thing about men. It was not men it was the ONES I was attracted to. There are crazy women and there are nice women.

Its not even that I'm really saying all women are like this, but it seems the more I show love and unconditional love for somone even with all my failures it's like they just can't handle it and they run away. My love is so overwhelming I think that women are willing to destroy it, rather than stick with it and receive it

I’m extremely revengeful it’s a problem for me personally. I’m very loyal so when someone screws me I take it very personal.
I’m an only child so it’s only me. I don’t have anyone either. My grandparents raised me so I definitely have abandonment issues too.

Yea that's one thing I resent is being abandoned by someone I love more than anyone. It's hard

You should look into attachment styles, find out the one you had with your mom and maybe do some inner child work on that.

I empathize with this situation deeply... I'm a Scorpio myself and was in love for years with a libra and the intensity of our connection was both magical and destructive.. He had a severe drinking problem that I couldn't get over and I think a big negative trait Scorpio has is the need for control... We need order and balance and libra are very spontaneous and impulsive and that in a pot boiling is a recipe for disaster.. It's a sad sad thing to find a soul mate you simply can't be with and with Scorpios we'll rationalize our losses as painful as it may be but I know it's devastating to libras. There is a hug in Jersey whenever you need it.. My heart goes out to you....

I have empathy for you Andrew. I've dealt with a lot of similar issues in my life, right down to the constant headaches. To perhaps give you something to consider, I'll share that my root issues were childhood emotional neglect and trying to date a version of my father constantly so I could 'fix' what I couldn't as a child.
That doesn't mean I hate my mom or anything, it wasn't malicious behavior. Just a divorced and depressed single parent working full time to keep us fed.
