Fun fact: The "three picks and a suicide" was started in 2005 during a Tekken tournament in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The tournament was a best of 5, random picks. However, the ruling was 3 picks and a suicide, with the suicide being your required to play character regardless if they were one of the original 3 random picks. Different groups/people play by different rulings, but the un-"official" ruling is 3 picks and a suicide, suicide is final pick regardless if it was already picked.
