I'm diabetic T2 and know how hard it can be to prep meals with fewer carbs not to raise BG levels, but there are so many recipes we can use.
Thanks for sharing your tuna pasta, I love that and many of us know how to make it, but it's nice to see what others use to mix it all with. As for someone said about hurrying on with the video, well if they don't want to wait, then they don't have to watch you go through the steps. As you say, there are many that can't cook even the basics, so you've given a nice tutorial for whoever watches it.

Delucious. I will try the vinegar tip. I like pigeons, the city/town variety are totally dependent on humans to live, they like to be close to us and forage for our leftovers. They are treated badly often. Have a great Sunday, hope John is doing well. 🎉🎉🎉

Looks delicious and so well presented. Yes, I like to add plenty of cucumber. You've also reminded me about adding tomato ketchup. I used to add it to salad cream when making prawn cocktail sauce. Also noticed the delicious Batts mayonaise. I use that, which tastes very similar to a leading brand but much cheaper. Some great tips there. Love your down to earth manner. Thank you so much for sharing this. 🤗

For some reason, you popped up on my RUclips recommendations and how pleased am I that you did.
Absolutely loved this video, I make the same only with vegan mayo and quorn or tofu instead of tuna and I love it, especially with wheaten bread. I have never added a few drops of vinegar, I'll definitely try it the next time I make it.

I hope Connie is now keeping well. I have epilepsy, I've had an amazing career, 2 children and I drive. Thankfully we found a cocktail of drugs that keep me fit free . I hope that this will be Connie xx

Cath I use pink salt also I use CELTIC salt which is very good for you it contains 82minerals love your cooking videos Cath we older end cook the older way we was learned 👍👍👍👍

Just watched this video again, I'm going to make this in the week, I need to get back into making meals from scratch again, I used to do a lot of batch cooking when I did Slimming World, my daughter used to say why don't you do some RUclips videos to show other people your lovely meals and I would set it up for you, I never have the confidence to do that though, I love watching your video's from start to finish, love ya Cathy ❤
