Big kudos to you Neil for not just writing the week off following on from the sickness mate. Navigating the issues like a pro. Keep up the great work mate. 😎🤘

Enjoyed getting it done on the Sunday run and starting to feel stronger is a big help.

Glad that you were not out of running for too long. It's really tricky in Winter, between all the illnesses flying around and the weather. Looks like you're doing the right thing, listening to your body whilst still working on building up the weekly volume!

I think the intensity will come back soon. Have not seen you stop for cinnamon roll at that nice coffee shop in awhile. Maybe hit that before the run

I walked in to that bakery on Wednesday and got an almond croissant and a coffee handed to me before I had to order. 😊🙈

consistency with volume is always good... probably the most important . what camera was used at the end there Neil? also, good background in the first shot - clean blue and white with nice lighting.

I used the Sony Zv1f in the last shot. Yes, it was only in post production that I saw the result if the first shot. That's in my kitchen and almost always too busy/noisy to shoot in. 😕
