How to Blend in After Effects

I have to say. I HATE that every blend or shape morph tutorial out there uses a circle and a square to exemplify. It never works with complex shapes.

You wouldn't happen to know of a tool that can blend one shape to a different one, like the Illustrator tool - but for After Effects? 🤓
