      @@christiangames7106 A 2 second blod usually indicates either a short on one of the power rails, a bad southbridge IC or bad HDMI encoder IC - I say usually as this is not 100% certain to be one of the above

      check all your standby voltages sounds like you may have one missing

      Check all your voltages with a multimeter - one will be short or missing
