Great summary ! If Mecca existed as a place "Mohammed" lived, left, raided and invaded, it would seem very probably that it was somewhere else, to the north (Petra to Harran axis) or south (Yemen).
It was Raqmu, or Petra as it is now called, where Muhammad's so-called religion started, founded on pagan worship and its artifacts, including the Masjid al Haram and the Kaaba.

Mecca is what we know today as Petra. All mosques built in first 70 years point to Petra. But saying "Mecca is a lie" is intentionally a provocation. As opposed to 'Mecca is in the wrong place'

At 3:33 it it stated that the early mosques are facing Petra or Jerusalem. Before the Abbaside revolution the only site that for sure is facing Jerusalem is Qasr Tuba which was built just a few years before the Abbaside revolution. Of all the other mosques and other sites with a qibla there are only very few other sites that might have faced Jerusalem. One may discuss why so many sites appearently face Petra or the Ruwafa Temple or some other place in North Arabia, but a claim that they had Jerusalem as qibla and just incidently face one of these North Arabian qiblas, can be rejected using any relevant type of statitical analysis.

This is the same way Allah breathed his spirit into Adam. So, whose son is Adam?

1. If Abdullah had sex with Fatimah and she conceived and had a son, whose son will he be? The answer is Abdullah's son.
2. Allah breathed his spirit into Mary's personal part, and she conceived and had a son, whose son will he be? The answer is Allah's son.
3. Why can't Allah breathe his spirit straight into the womb without going through her personal part?

means "vagina." The verse uses "Farjaha" which means "her vagina.

The sexual organs especially of a woman - The outer part of a woman's sexual organs.
Sura 66:12-Ibn Kathir: Allah sent the angel Jibril to Maryam, and he came to her in the shape of a man in every respect. Allah commanded him to blow into a gap of her garment and that breath went into her womb through her private part; this is how `Isa was conceived.
So, when Allah said he doesn't have a son or cannot have a son, he is plainly lying.

the city of Mecca could not have existed as a large commercial caravan city in the years 600 AD
Main reasons for this fact are:
1) Mecca is not an oasis, so there is no surface water (only a well, known as zamzam which is clearly unsufficient and inappropriate for watering many caravan camels)
2) Mecca is not shown on any map at that time or even previously
3) Mecca is located down of Hidjaz plateau and could therefore not be located on the caravan route which is located more than 1000 m above on the plateau (eg the city of Taeef is located at an altitude of ca 2000 m while Mecca is at 300 m)
4) there were no archeological remains or artefacts (coins, potteries, ruins, bones etc) discovered in Mecca dating from before circa year 700
It is impossible that a large city would leave no trace at all of its past
5) no agriculture whatsoever is possible in this wild rocky desert location, how could a large city survive in such hostile environment ?

And then the Lord decides as He likes and the angel writes it down, and then the angel gets out with his scroll of destiny in his hand and nothing is added to it and nothing is subtracted from it. (Sahih Muslim, Book 033, Number 6393)
As a Muslim I find this very fascinating, but calling it damaging is nonsense. Mecca might be at Petra, who knows. The Quran seems to agree with this.

Ruh Al-Quddus is mentioned in the arabic Quran.
Ruh meaning spirit,
Al-Quddus is one of the names of God, meaning The Holy/ All-Holy/ All-Pure.
Angels have wings.
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

God sent angels.
God is not an angel.
It is not for a human [prophet] that Allah should give him the Scripture and authority and prophethood and then he would say to the people, "Be servants to me rather than Allah," rather, "be rabbaniyyun, because you are teaching the Book, and you are studying it."
Nor could he order you to take the angels and prophets as arbaban (lords). Would he order you to disbelief after you had been Muslims?

Indeed, Allah is but one ilah (deity/god). Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.

Poor example. People pray to fake Allah all the time and die horrible deaths daily. The only difference is they are separated from God in eternity, whereas Nabeel is in the comfort of the Father in heaven. Allah offers zero assurance of eternity in heaven because Jesus is the only Way. The so called prophet Muhammad was a pedo, murderer and vile human being yet he is your example? Disgusting! He is now in hell bowing to the true and living God.

Mekka is not even the main theme in the original narrative; Mekka was a side show, so insisting whether it is a lie is displaying a misunderstanding of the main issue.
Through compromise the pagans were allowed to keep their shrine and rituals as long as they were carried out for the glory of the one and only God of Abraham.
Whether that shrine was at Mekka or elsewhere is irrelevant because it was not part of the initial project to lure the Arabs out of idol worship...

You have a very mechanical brain not so lubricated for deep reflection. There is an ORIGINAL Islam and there is a Counterfeit Islam. Mekka has never been a part of Islam. However, Sometimes in history, some people, Arab supremacists I should say, made up 5 pillars for their counterfeit Islam and granted Mekka a statue of fifth pillar for pilgrimage.
So it is a waste of time trying to figure out the issue of Mekka.

I think you should take a class on how to read some metaphorical or allegorical works or how to decode a cryptography;
If the author of a work, OR for the case before us the author of the 114 Surats aka Qur'an, tells me that Jesus is the Messiah(Christ) and Muhammad is a an honorific and a Messianic title for whoever happens to be the Christ in his work, yet a mere commentator tells me that an Arab Evangelist by the name Abu Quasim is Muhammad, I will go with the author because clearly this is a misinterpretation of his work.
It's like saying "His Majesty" when addressing the king and someone else would claim that "His-Majesty" actually is a real name of a real guy who lives in a town called Mekka... Why on earth would I dwell on finding "His Majesty" birthplace when I already know that the commentator is mistaken? Or he is producing a counterfeit of the ORIGINAL Muhammad and Islam.
This is clearly a case of mistaken identity. But you, Protestants, have no gut to call it out because all your doctrines will fall flat on the ground If you do !

You were reading books, call them Bible or the Qur'an, whose contexts were deliberately hidden through dubious commentaries or Catechism, yet this didn't dawn on you since you didn't seek to restore the contexts first by dismissing most of the Catechism or commentaries...
