It would be cool if they made 2k like a open world game like u can do more than just play basketball, like u can go out with friends, drive cars around, have a family, and still be a good basketball game.
Ye but it's a waste of time for them to spend half a year on the non basketball parts plus they already cut tons of corners but it would be cool if GTA and 2k just combined because take two owns rockstar and 2k so it wouldn't be impossible

We can't even fathom how big this game would be as far as GBs on a console or pc. GTA and 2k are around 100gbs each on console. That's a 200gb game sitting on your console.

But on the other hand, they do program a lot of things into the game that people just don't use or see but is good for people who don't play 2k like the "regular" 2k player does. Like for instance, Madden is around 50gbs (I think), and you can see how watered down it is in comparison to 2k as far as gameplay and customization.

NBA 2K yearly wishlist/standards
For the park players!!
•Please take out the my city concept of the game, it’s laggy, it takes too long to go from point a to point b and instead let us play vs other affiliations by joining other servers
•Make all the in game accessories (haircuts, clothes, basketballs, etc) accessible via menu option like before.
•All the walking done in mycity causes my game to crash often.
•Make grinding for our players the same way it was back in 2k17/2k16
•Let our builds be equals to NBA all time greats. Remove badge points and give us an actual badge count.
•Let us make well rounded builds without positions over powering others.
•Add new courts to play on like Rucker park, a beach in Puerto Rico, a neon court in japan, etc.

•Add more dribble moves back to the game like from 2k16. The curry slide is over used.
•Players should be able to grind from over 80 and up, or the grind shouldn’t be as bad.
•Let our shoes give us a 5+ attribute boost like how it use too. (2k12)
For the Myteam players
•Remove position locks, but make it where players lose attributes based on what position you place them at.
•Give us certain cards for whenever we have duplicates (Ex: 500 Amethyst Jordan’s in exchange for a PD player of choice.)
•Rings should be earned after our first win, that way we don’t have to play over and over again.
•My player cards should be EVO’d up to dark matter from sapphire with 65 HOF badges we can choose along the way
•Make online matchmaking skill based, so people who aren’t good can play competitive competition
•Give us more MT and Tokens for completing domination and other offline challenges.
