I went to my first “no kids wedding” and at first I was like wtf that’s dumb! My son way a year old at the time and I did not like leaving him .. I went to the wedding anyway and I can honestly say I wanted to thank the bride and groom for letting there wedding be a night out for me! I enjoyed myself so much without having to attend to my son!! I love him so much but Omg it felt so nice to just be able to dance and drink without worrying about feeding and changing my baby’s diaper . Or passing him around when I got tired of carrying him. I love the “no kids wedding” !!! People (parents) can really enjoy themselves!!!

I’m so sorry Blanca and for anyone going through similar situations ☹️ it’s sad you couldn’t attend your friends wedding JUST because you weren’t born in the US. We got a babysitter for a wedding last year and it was AMAZING! Seeing the other parents chasing their kids that day and not being able to enjoy themselves was a huge eye opener. Don’t let guilt get in the way because the kids will have more fun staying home or going somewhere elseZ

When my husband and I got married we wanted to do ‘no kids’ but didn’t because we felt bad requesting that. At our venue, you have to pay per plate so at the end it sucked that we didn’t invite more friends or family because the little kids count as a guest/plate.
We got married in Broomfield Co at a venue called Lyons Gate Event Center and 100% recommend it! They give you flexibility on doing what you want at your wedding!
Side note, Jonathan looks skinny!!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼

Hi guys 🎉 Blanca I completely understand you 😢 blessed to have DACA but I’ve missed some of my friends/ family weddings. My husband is like Jonathan feeling bad but I always encourage him to go and have fun 🎉
I got married last year and honestly a “no kids wedding” is the way to go. I have 2 kids myself and trust me you save money, and adults have more fun enjoying the night with the bride and groom. I had a regular wedding with kids allowed, but wish I had a “no kids” because when I have gone to my friends and no kids are allowed is definitely a different vibe and we enjoyed ourselves so much more ❤

My biggest típ for kids at weddings issss get a blow up trampoline!! I had a beautiful wedding and never saw 1 kid inside the salon
I think people just raise some bad ass kids. I’ve been to multiple weddings with kids/toddlers and it’s been so calm and quiet lol
My mom has just waited over a year for her permanent residency renewal to come in. We started her renewal 8 months prior to it expiring. It’s almost 2 years since we’ve been waiting. It’s affected even getting her ID and has to carry a letter from the government at all times that says their behind and she’s waiting for her card to come in. It’s insane!
Hi, when you go to the state to get an id or license since there’s a lot of extensions right now ask for the form they send where they can confirm she’s in the process 2 weeks later she’s able to get it. It happened to my husband and they were able to renew his license

Oil your hair 1 hr before showering, one dropper of jojoba oil, one dropper of castor oil , one dropper of Argan oil. And one little tiny drop of rosemary essential oil. Mix together. My hair was extremely damaged and I been using it since august :)

I just got married in march and i told the dj to anounce when we were gonna do all the special dances to get all there kids out of the pista and do not let them get there and it worked but sometimes the parents have the fault cause they dont tell there kids nutin

Jonathan: stop perming your hair.
Try a hair mask from coco and eve. Like a virgin hair masque & the repair masque. Don't apply any heat to it. You will also love the smell. Hopefully it works for you. It worked wonders for me!

Hi guys! So, you can definitely try the pH balance shampoo for damaged hair. You should feel a difference after a month. Also, do a deep conditioning hair mask with an oil treatment and a processing cap at least once a week. Hope it helps😁
I've gone to both weddings.. with kids and without kids.. and honestly for a wedding I agree with no kids lol.. it did feel like a date night and I danced the night away without having to worry about my daughter running around or getting tired.. afterall it's for a few hours only.. so I am definitely team #nokids at a wedding lol..

At first I thought it was dumb but honestly now that I see it it’s a good idea because sometimes you do have to leave early because of the kids or they interrupt special things going on in the wedding you know stuff like that. But I also get the part like my mom watches my kids when I go out but if we both invited who is not going.

Blanca we totally understand how sad it is , we been waiting for Noe's green card and it's been 2 years. Last time we checked in with the lawyer he said the same thing , that all cases are so behind and that even if they give you a estimated wait time for your green card to arrive, it takes way longer. 😔

My husband and I are going through something similar where he’s not able to go out to any parts of Mexico because of his immigration status he came here with a k-1 fiancé permit and it gets me sad to know that he’s not able to see his family until he gets his green card. We praying that he gets his card this year because last December his brother was able to go with his wife and kids and we had to stay. Although he tells me to go it will never be something I will do because it’s not the same if my husband is not there. I love my in laws and his family but I can’t imagine being over there by myself. Blessing and prayers that you get your status updated so you can go and travel ♥️

Doing these things consistently helped me personally
1.Try shea moisture strengthening hair mask
2.Coconut oil and leave on for like 1 hr or more and rinse out with conditioner
3.Straight up Avocado and leave on your hair over night and wash it out next morning
All these things helped restore my extremely damaged hair

I had kids at our wedding and kinda of regretted it. Don’t get me wrong, I love my nieces and nephews but some just didn’t stay still, a couple wrote crazy crap on my guest board and some wrote on the bathroom walls and we didn’t get our venue deposit back 😣

What Jonathan said about the kids room with a babysitter that is exactly what we had at our wedding but we had to pay extra for the babysitter's and not everyone is willing to pay someone else's babysitter.

About the no kids at weddings I think that applies for couples with no kids or maybe is just me bc what if Im the one getting married and I have kids? I want my kids to experience this with their mom & dad you know! Like its hard lmao or I even want my nephews and nieces to be part lf my big day bc they mean so much to me but yet I understand that kids are kids lol idk its a hard topic for me personally!
Olaplex is really good for damage hair, I had really damage hair from bleaching it and now my hair is healthier.
Have to check your status for an update Blanca, i went to Mexico Feb, 2022 on advanced parole and i got my green card the first week of March this year, i seen they were approving green cards left and right with no interview, many got approved in couple months
I just want to say that i love you guys! And that i was so tempted to get in my car and drive those two and a half hours to tequila the day of the wedding aver si me tocaba verlos somewhere😂 just like Blanca said hahaha. But yall would think i was crazy lol. Glad Jonathan got to see parts of my Jalisco querido. I was litteraly raised in Colorado and due to imigration my family had to leave the U.S. so aqui estamos ya con 10 años nuevamente en Jalisco, and i would really love for you to come back because it would a dream to get to see you guys here❤ Love ya!! We got married in 2019 and we said no kids. My cousins asked for an extra pass for their babysitter. Ummmm...babysitter, leave her at home with the kids to babysit. So, al final my cousin and his family of 10 adults didnt rsvp because their kids were not invites. We saved money and had lots of fun without them.
I’m not even engaged but I definitely think I’d do a no kids wedding porqué uno nunca sabe 😮💨😵💫😂
