One of the things I like about the manga, is that nothing about getting the Guyver is good for Sho, Basically loses everyone and everything, and becomes a hunted man for the rest of his life. Its more of a curse than a gift.
Yep and it's all happened because of coincidence, he's not the chosen one or anything, just a normal kid who is in the wrong place, in the wrong time that's got his life changed in a seconds.

Unwitting and unintentional patricide. Cronos turned his dad into a monster, and Sho killed him when the Guyver was in self defense mode. In a way Cronos was responsible for the death of Sho's father due to them creating such circumstances. It doesn't make it any better for Sho, though.
