That giant clock has has moving circle ticker at bottom of it and it does not make nosie of where the hour hand is pionting to the 12 or it does make noise when the hour hand is pointing to the 12.

As of right now that location does shows at 10 am, 12 pm, 6 pm and 6:30 pm
