I rather keep cash and 10 year bonds margin I bought last week. That’s almost 40% profit in just one week for bonds margin. Bonds are much better investment option than S&P500 now.
As demand has increased over the last two year prices aren't coming down when they cut in the housing market...If more houses come on the market it will be met with more buyers as rates come down...Prices might not go up but they are not coming down...
What about June 12th? Will news on the interest rate have any impact on the stocks?
