Actually vedio is in Hindi language and if you want to know how many time it says to apply derma roller then answer is for 0.25 mm use twice in a week, and for 0.5mm it's once in a week after application you can use the product shown in that vedio that is shatwa onion hair oil with redensyl, hope this helps

It causes natural hair growth so it won't shed if you stop using dermaroller. In case if you use minoxidil for your hair growth it will shed if you stop using minoxidil. It causes hair growth specially when you have follicles in that area other wise it won't.
