in England tripe was cooked many years ago in onion and milk until soft, its very smelly to prep now my husband cooks it with spices he come from borders of Afghanistan , but its not for me. though I love many other dishes I'm from central England . I love watching this no violence or swearing children helping and husband too soooo relaxing. but it would be nice to know of there needs can gifts be sent to them and we watch them opennthem so they know despite nationality and language they are loved .

Its sad that this family has to live in the site of the almost two thousand year old Bamiyan Buddha cave which was wilfuly destroyed. It was such an integral part of history of Afghanistan even before the present faith existed.. sad that the world and afghans have lost a part of their pride and heritage at the hands of people who want to deny their history.
