Just beautiful. Reminds me of me and my sister. I play classical guitar and she plays piano, we often play together. :)
Wonderful to read this! It's such an intimate art to share!
Hey, do you have notes that you could share?
How long you played
@@BT-kf4kx Three years now. Two when I wrote the original comment. I'm grade 5. :)
@@WillowMallabar your English is very superfluous for a fifth grader. Usually fifth greyder sits at home and plucks the chicken no ?
The guitar goes so well with the piano, this is truly an amazing performance
That is also our strong belief, thank you for your comment!
@@duoadentro6959 I agree, but it's important that any amplification used for the instruments is balanced properly. In this video, the balance is beautiful!
Piano and guitar are probably 2 of the best instruments in existence for following reasons
1) You can sing along while playing them
2) Chords can be played with them
3) Used in modern genre of music like pop, rock, r&b unlike many instruments
4) 2 of the few instrument with most octave range.
@Anakin Dean yup, I have been using flixzone} for since november myself :D
@Anakin Dean Yea, I have been using Flixzone} for since december myself :)
I have to agree as a guitarist player and pianist lover, but I dont think we should compare instruments they all have unique sounds and ways of playing that make them all great
It's very beautiful, it gives people happiness...👏🙏
wow! amazing performance! it fits the guitar so well
We couldn't agree more! :-)
What a beautiful performance -- makes me almost feel as though I were hearing Schubert's masterpiece played on the goofy guitar/cello hybrid he wrote it for. We've heard many great cellists and violists play it, but hearing a guitarist play it gives us another side of the piece to hear. Love this so much!
I love the pianist, she is beautiful and so lovable.
sure, who doesnt :)

@@militaryandemergencyservic3286 well yes, who cares anyway, plus you're religious which makes it even less important.
*triggered* :D
This gave me chills
Awesome, thanks!
Such a beautiful and delicate duo; many thanks !
Merci, Simon!
Wow, what a lovely duet. Amazing performance ❤️❤️. So beautiful combination
Thanks for your kind comment! We also believe guitar and piano make a wonderful combination! :-)
This performance is so wonderful. Congratulations!
Excellet version! Thanks for sharing and congratulations
Thank you, Eduardo! All the best from Belgium!
Wow! This was surprisingly good! And as for the composition, Schubert never disappoints ;)
this is incredibly amazing, thank you.
Thanks for this lovely reaction!!
Does anyone have the sheet music that these two used? Really want to play the piano and guitar parts with a friend
Just the original Score, i supose. The arpeggione part fits perfectly in the guitar because arpeggione is kind of a bowed guitar
Love it!!! Hope you upload new videos.
just amazing!
Peaceful, I love. ❤❤
Fantastic work. Congratulations to both of you. I love the 6:25 mark... so expressive, and perfectly executed.
Great performance, you deserve more subscribers!!
Elegant performance :)
I am immersed in your performance again❤
I thought these two instruments are difficult to combine but this sounds absolutely beautiful.
Son la magia... Saludos desde Colombia 💛💙❤️
Nicely done, it sounds lovely.
Thank you, dear Kaleidus!
The recording quality of this is quite good and the balance between the performers is just right. Are the 2nd and 3rd movements forthcoming?
Dear Paul, Thanks for your kind comment! We have indeed recorded the 2nd and 3rd movements of the Arpeggione Sonata as well, on our first album - "Once upon a Time". You can buy it in the music shop, or online, and it is on Spotify as well. Enjoy!
I checked it out rn, sounds incredible well on Spotify too
Epic work, keep it going!
Really beautiful!
I am searching for this genre of instrumental music. Thanks from China! Have a nice day
Really nice. Love it!
Thanks, Orlando, great to hear!

Magnific work, amazing!!!
So sweet and shiny at the same time. It's a pleasure to watch and listen to you. Will you do the rest of the sonata?

BRAVO!!!
Awesome version of this master piece by Schubert, I love it! Did you guys write the arrangement yourself? And is it available online? I'd love to play this version with a friend.
Hello there! Here comes the surprise: the Arpeggione part that Schubert wrote is actually so "guitaristic" (same notation, tuning,...) that the amount of "arranging" is almost zero; Maarten played this from the original Arpeggione score, occasionally adapting an octave where it went too high, and replaying a few notes/chords for more sustain. The score is in the public domain, and can be found here: imslp.org/wiki/Arpeggione_Sonata%2C_D.821_(Schubert%2C_Franz)
@@duoadentro6959 Thank you very much for your kind reply. We'll figure it out then :-)
Wondermooi !
Bravo!
Bravo!!!
Hermoso. Gracias.
Bellísimo.
Absolutely magnificient, it feels like the one scene in ratatoullie where remmy combines both flavors together to make something wonderful. something like that but with music. It works so well together.
Cómo obtiene ese sonido el guitarrista, bellísimo
I think the piano is little louder
They could give the guitar a mic so it could be at least equal to the piano
they could have just closed the piano lid. that's usually what peeps do so the other person is heard
I can hear the differences between the two sounds. I think it's ok!
How much more silent? It's a two-instrument piece for God's sake
@@chriskarafotias3997 ty for the information lmao but if one is louder than the other it's not really two instrument piece ya know

Just learned this with my dad! Was fun played it on Christmas, everyone who wasn’t a musician fell asleep i bet 😅💀
Che belo!
I was wondering about the pizzicato part...
Nice
I gave some initial thought on you maybe being of portuguese ascendency. Great interpretation.
Respect
Great!
Bravo
What kind of guitar are you playing? It sounds amazing! Great job!!
You can identify a good guitar by playing the guitar together with a grand piano, if the sound of the guitar feels annoying, it's not quite good, but if it blends really well, then that's an excellent one. And this one is really superb (my theory 😁)
Could you please tell me the specs of this guitar?
The wood for top, back, sides, neck, fingerboard, headstock,, and also what strings do you use there?
Thank you in advance 🙏🏻
God. thats really so so beautiful, but have question, where i can get the sheet
Wow que bella muñeca
beafutifle😍
Who would have thogth!! Sound better than violin and guitar...tell me How actually sounds live in a hall? without the recording magics?? 🎉👏👏 Is a doubletop or a lattice?
Sutil interpretación
Gracias, Carlos!
They are two person that play like one
Hi! I really like this tune! Could you please send me the sheet so I can try to play it?
Beutifull musik. How can i get the sheet?

Meesterlijk, meeslepend...

The sheet music for this piece is available for all and can be found on IMSLP: imslp.org/wiki/Arpeggione_Sonata%2C_D.821_(Schubert%2C_Franz)
@@duoadentro6959 hi thanks for that i mean the guitar and piank transcription where did u get the music for that
@@Lespaulguitar007 We always played from the original Arpeggione part, making a few little adjustments on the score. We have the Henle Verlag edition.
Does anyone have the sheet music for this?

Couple goal
...schubert, leider im DUO klavier und --> gitarre zu "leise"
The guitarist is swinging his head around and the pianist is calmly plain her instrument.

When violinist try vibrato on guitar
So sad jajaja
Amazing!!!
