You know, being totally transparent, I’m not a pro at pizza and never claimed to be. The griddle game, I can say I’ve got game. Haha. I’m learning pizza more and more everyday. Now I’m learning more about dough and hydration levels and sought that works so much easier than store bought, I’m becoming more proficient. The cool thing about this is even though folks are inexperienced, the pie still looked and tasted pretty good. So I have that going for me.
Well its obvious you didnt learn much in your 20 years. There is no right or wrong way to roll, kneed or flip your pizza dough. You can prepare your dough how ever you like, you can sauce how ever you like, toppings, temps, times its all up for what ever you like. But the cool part is.... That was a yummy looking pizza. Try a buffalo wing pizza with a blue cheese crumble some time. Wings, Buffalo sauce, Blue cheese and Celery.
