I just bought one and been having issues with customer service. I wanna keep my old number from a different carrier. They told me it's a systems error and I need to call back 24-48 hours.
My sons prepaid phone had software glitch and will not reboot at all. It does have a sims card. However i dont want to purchase a phone from verizon store. Can i buy a walmart verizon prepaid phone and put in his original sims card in there?
What should I put in "billing phone number"? I wish they made it clear because I'm struggling to think if it should be a new phone number or an old one UGH
For that, just put the number you want the acct registered to. You can have your mobile acct (number) with a billing phone as like a home or other number. Hope that makes more sense.

these prepaid phone are kinda weird to get in some store because people would look weird that you and it make you feel unsafe
