The Corner House Jazz Band - Sacramento Departure - lost album

My family had a cassette tape of this album by a local dixieland jazz band, that apparently they recorded immediately before a trip to California. This album appears to be out of print and perhaps completely forgotten by everyone except the band. In fact, although they are still around and active, none of their albums are available on RUclips.
Yeah the audio quality isn't great due to being a transfer from cassette, but the music is pretty timeless and it's a great album to listen to, dance to, or simply have as background music.
