What parts do you use to make your rifles exhibition safe? Do you use glendale or daisy parts? Are there any parts you leave out?
both parts work, Glendale might be a bit safer but break easier. most drillers take out the top band and swivel and replace with tape, and some even do the middle. I would also take out the rear and front sight post if you haven't. then there's drilling without a bolt, or using the neriah guerin bolt and trigger guard.

How do you manage to have the confidence to do these dangerous tricks, im learning the single BTB flow catch, but I’m so scared of dropping the rifle or hurting myself, any tips?
really just sending it and building up the confidence from watching videos too and wanting to improve. scared to drop drill over grass, fear really just gotta send it and get over the block, but what's helped me for a lot of tricks I'm scared of I've just moved on and focused on others. I've ended up coming back later and trying the trick and it being much easier
