Actually, from what I know and experienced from this releasing on the 2nd, 4th, and 8th counts for the respective robots had gotten me a perfect.
And on the fast part of remix 1, count faster, but not too slow.
You have offbeats to worry about too, it’s not just counting, it’s timing. That may sound contradictory, but it’s not
My problem is getting the tube inside the bot, it always hits their head

I guess that's just how it's coded, it's something called surfaces, and it would have been too unnecessarily complicated to add the arm detail

This game, I know why a lot of people don't like it, but it's oddly satisfying for me. I dunno, just something about filling the robots and watching them roll out gives me a nice sensation. Kinda get the same feeling from Built to Scale as well, haha.

@@mariam8275 I was personally fine. Ran into a perfect randomly, and got it on the last attempt. It’s more so a patience check than torture, I found the offbeats to actually be quite normal, it was the second dark section that ended my first two perfects. And yes, I heavily agree that built to scale is satisfying as heck, my absolute favorite. IT’S. JUST. PERFECT.

Your mind INSTINCTIVELY will try to microfill and you'll fuck your own rhythm up by usually waiting too long
The stack sounds are enough to identify the robots - and it'll help far more when the robots start to come on the offbeats.

As Built to Scale told you, don't focus too much on visuals. It stays like that for every game
This one is just a nightmare. It asks you to count single beats, and then gives you darkness, then half and quarter beats, then proceeds to mix all that, and it just never fucking ends
Legend has it you can still hear the screams of pain of those poor souls trying to get a perfect.
Honestly it's pretty easy, except the LAST DAMN ROBOT WHY DOES THE LAST ONE HAVE TO BE THE HARDEST

So I've been a Rhythm Heaven fanatic LONG before I've gotten any of the games - the first one I got, my favourite, Rhythm Heaven DS! In short: I've known about Fillbots 2 and the sheer pain of it for YEARS. When I got the chance to finally have a go, I was braced for pain, constantly, going at it again and again and again even just for a superb.
3 different times during the first attempt, I underfilled: all on 4-beat robots, and it was entirely just a mistake on my end. I'd completely braced for, at best, an OK.
My dad comes in. He asks me something, I look up, and while he's talking, I hear something... different.
*I got a superb.*
So, lemme rephrase a common fact: You CAN pass a 'superb' on Fillbots 2 with a couple of mistakes. HOWEVER, those mistakes cannot be any of the offbeats, as those are the main challenge the song gives you. I was ecstatic, and I hope someone here, struggling with Fillbots 2, is ecstatic too.

New mechanic:
Two filler, left is controlled by the d-pad and the right is controlled by the A button.
New robot type, a medium robot holding a small robot and so on,with other combinations
Cue would be the medium robot building and the smaller robot building but faster.
Fill the medium robot with A button after that, it will stop holding the small robot, then the small one would be filled with the D-pad.

Ball bots: hold for 2 beats
Fill bots: hold for 4 beats

this game isn’t too hard at the surface level, but how long it is combined with how funky and discordant the offbeat robots can be really makes it pretty tough

I was playing this to get a Perfect, as one does. It was my third try. I get through it all, I'm sweating and shaking. I almost drop my stylus five times throughout the whole thing. Then the last robot comes. I praise the lord and every other power out there. Until I missed. The LAST ROBOT. In this 3 minute madness, the last robot and I miss. This has to be a joke, I think. But then I'm confronted with the end screen. The literal last robot. I didn't even underfill/overfill. I just MISSED. I will never recover.

It happened to me but on Remix 10 of Fever. Imagine failing the last input in packing pest to perfect the final remix. I wanted to give up and I knew I failed bcs of my hand being sweaty and being so nervous that I couldnt grab the control correctly but still, that made me feel really bad. The next day that same shit happened twice and then I got the perfect. Dont let this moments take you down, see them as gaining experience.

ik im 8 years late, but fillbots actually does have audio cues for what robot you're supposed to fill, you just have to listen closely
also here's the chart for what sound goes with what (based on watching this video)
small robot: high pitched sound
medium robot: medium pitched sound
large robot: low pitched sound
*2-24 EDIT: ik i'm 10 years late, but the audio differences between each robot is rather subtle, especially to a first-time player.*

sorry to bring up a really dead game back, but i got a copy like last month and that part is easy. you count the falls as 1 2 3, the rest as 4 then you hold on 5 then let go after 8. again sorry for bringing up a dead game
Blackout occurs:
30% - Start guessing when to hit
45% - Trying to figure out what’s going on
15% - Spam the fuel nossle
9.9% - Can tell when to hit accurately by looking
0.1% - Can tell when to hit accurately by cues and stuff

It’s called rhythm heaven for a reason. You don’t even really need visuals.
The only thing you ever need to know is what kind of robot is coming so you know how long to fill it.
