She had actually quit SYTYCD right after her first audition, even though she was selected to go to Las Vegas and continue the competition, because she received presidential scholar ship and she went to the most prestigious school in New York where she is right now. I know that because we are the production company in Dallas and we filmed her performance live. Thank you for your comment.
her beauty absolutely astounds me. thank goodness she was awarded the presidentional scholarship... that opportunity is way larger than being slightly famous on a tv show.
This piece of art makes me cry. Ida Saki is brilliant, but so is Jessica Hendricks. Neither choreography nor dancer stands on its own; these two parts were made for each other.
I have been a huge fan since seeing Ida on SYTYCD. This performance is beautiful and everytime I watch it I get chills. I don't think I've ever seen a young dancer have the passion and maturity show through her work as with Ida. Everything she does is an incredible piece of art! Bravo dear!!
She is an exquisite dancer. Her emotional physicality when she dances is just so intense. She has a pure soul flowing out when she moves her body. Brilliantly unbielivable!
@missQmore All dancing credits go to Ida, I can only take the credit for the video, that's what my company does. The concert was filmed at the Eisemann Center Performance Hall in Richardson, Texas.
She is an amazing dancer. One of the puzzling question for me as a producer and a filmmaker was that I saw the short trailer to the next SYTYCD where she withdraws from the competition and I can not wait to find out why. I would be very sorry to see her go.
@cantavoidtrite My point exactly, hopefully she will be performing again in May of 2011 and we will capture the performance as we do annually. Thanks for your comment.
How such a fabulous dancer wasn't able to go on to the top 20 on SYTYCD is beyond me!!! Especially since we have dancer who have been subpar in comparison. I find the judges harsh and much more demanding with contemporary dancers.
Still one of the most moving pieces I've ever seen to this day. And it's been a long long time since she showcased this dance. 100/10

thank you so much for posting this. Every time i watch it I have tears in my eyes. Beautiful Ida Beautiful!
Simply breath taking. She is so amazing and the emotion she adds brings endless energy and sadness to the dance. I could watch it forever!

my deepest compliments to the choreographer! it is just beyond any comments, how talented you are!
There is something in her dance that makes me to cry still after all these years
Where are you ida hope to see more of you❤️✌🏼
2023 still one of the most deep and moving performances I've ever seen

I've watched this sooooo many times and I still cry every single time. Incredible.

She is fantastic. We were very happy to provide video coverage.
i understand why no one disliked this...its absolutely beautiful, addictive, and quite amazing.
MY GOD! she is so great, but what makes it better is the feeling, the feeling she puts on.
She is simply breathtaking. I saw her audition this for SYTYCD, but I'm so pleased to see the performance in its entirety. Stunning! :-)
9 years after seeing this for the first time and I still come back to watch it.

When we filmed live shows, we go by the program of performances. This performance was called Discombobulate. Thanks for your comments.

I hope to film her performance again. Thanks for your comments.
@artist21paint A very good dancer and a very SMART young talent as well. SHE HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISION than being in a 15 mins of fame...
That is what I know as well. Thank you so much for the comment toward the video.
Thank you for your comment.
I have never been so moved.
@fiermale Thanks very much.

Ida chose to drop out because she got the Presidential Scholarship.
its like she is dancing among the stars
They showed her quitting during Vegas week
I think I just found my new muse...
