Your butt and legs will shake. LOL I love mine. On Sunday I tied a rope around my waist and pulled the board by swimming in front of it for more exercise. I'm 64 yrs and I'm getting seriously fit. Thinking about getting a wetsuit so I can continue through the winter. Enjoy

I saw early in the video you were deflating using the pump. That will take forever. I'm sure by now you've realized you need only press the button on the fill valve and it will deflate fully and as you roll it up. It stays up automatically, click again to close the valve.
Yeah I figured that out the second time I took it out. Lol I actually bought an automatic pump for this. I also bought hard board because I liked this one. I use the hard board a lot more now. I use the inflatable one to bring friends or to travel.
Have you experienced any issues with the hand pump and gauge provided? I cannot seem to get the gauge to read anything at all and I'm afraid to over inflate to even see if its working properly.
You have to keep pumping to PSI it’s deceiving but after is fully inflated keep pumping for another 30 seconds then the board will hit PSI and the gauge will start to move. It’s a pretty annoying to hand pump and I’m in pretty good shape. I got an electric pump just to make things easier
In shallow water like I was in 8-15 feet I’ve seen people throw a small anchor and leave their board or keep a leash attached to them and drag it along. I guess just give both a try and find out what works best for you.
*I love your progress. While diving you will want to be on the bottom working to spear fish and tickle lobster. You use too much energy getting to the bottom pushing against you own buoyancy. Go to the dive shop and ask the guy how much weight you need. Probably 10-12 lbs. , just a simple belt but necessary. Enjoy. ( Naples ).*
@@WeekendPirate Did you end up getting into weights & did you bother with any basic training for using the weights like a Padi Open water or freediver training or course for using them?
Great Video.. Question : I went to Haulover Sandbar this past weekend only to find out that it was closed. Do you know if there is a website or app that shows when its open/closed?
Robert Hurtado Thanks! I don’t know where to check online but the boating groups on Facebook I’m in said Fort Lauderdale sandbar, haulover sandbar and whiskey creek opened this past weekend. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Yo, I’m 6’1, 180 (woman) and I got the Bote Aero HD That’s 11’6 and it’s SUPER stable and fun. I love it. I don’t know if I would personally go shorter as a beginner.
It’s the breeze aero which I only think comes in 10’8”. I think it’s definitely worth the buy I use it all the time. I also bought the Electric pump which inflates it automatically. What kind of waters are you going to be going in?
Sounds like a better workout than a kayak. That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I love my fishing kayak but I’d like a whole body workout

The paddle is backwards, you want the curve end facing out
Bought another paddle board. An epoxy hard board and when I got the fiberglass paddle for it hey told me that. Lol
@@WeekendPirate what made you get an epoxy board? do you like it better than the inflatable? why? (trying to decide. I don't want to have 2)
I ordered the 11'6" yesterday. I can't wait.
Just ordered the 11'6" as well, can't wait!
@@imacrazyguy5831 I absolutely love mine. I live around 7 lakes. Now I'm basically living on the lakes on my board. Enjoy
@@imacrazyguy5831 what was the verdict? You like it?
Does it have mangepod ?
i can't decide on a bote or irocker. bote is really nice though!
Where did you go paddle boarding? I know it’s in Florida I live in FT Lauderdale and that looks very nice!
This was Dania beach and the artificial reef was called Ero Jax
@@WeekendPirate thanks!
Did you get the 10'6" or 11'6" version?
Friend just gifted me same one am very excited to use for shore dives!
Super fun

Hi bud after having it for a bit , do you honestly recommend? I’m considering buying thanks 🙏
I still love it. Used it about 10 times so far works.
When you snorkel or dive do you leave your board stationary or do you attach it to you somehow. Which do you prefer

Awesome video brother! I've been thinking about getting one of these.

coco loco I was talking to a friend yesterday about weights. Definitely will be something I need to get used to. I need to go buy a spear gun soon.

Robert Hurtado Fort Lauderdale sandbar club group has boaters all around South Florida if you ask in there they will answer you pretty quickly
How much do you weight and your height? I’m worried about stability for me! I’m 240lbs and 6’2
I’m only 5’7 165 so you should probably get a bigger board

He said it was the smallest they offer so I'm guessing the 10'8"
@@chriskeegan8919 awesome! I ended up getting a smaller one and love it
