Just read this doesn’t work with the ps5 unless there’s some sort of adapter. You have any adapters I can use in mind that can? It’s be kool to use all of the features this speaker has to offer with a console. I also have the log 27gp950 monitor in case there’s a way to connect it there somehow. Thanks for this video. Surprisingly, it’s hard finding detailed info on the gp3 in the world of RUclips.
Sorry I don't. I have heard the same, but I use this with a PC so I haven't researched any adapters for it.
So neither the 3 nor the 9 have aux in?
That is correct, neither has Aux In.
Good review thank you 🙏
Just a advice for u try to make your videos a little bit shorter by cutting were ur not talking
Thanks and yea... I'm working on that. It's hard to delete footage you took time to record. Lol. I'll keep working at it, I do know I need to trim the videos down a lot more. 😅
Will this connect to a monitor via usb I have a LG32GQ950 and looking for a speaker for it
I haven't tried connecting it to a monitor via usb. If your monitor is connected to your computer via usb and the usb ports in your monitor act like a usb hub for the computer, then it should work fine.
@@R-TechEnthusiast thanks for the reply, I’m using an Xbox series x so not sure if this speaker will work with either the monitor or the Xbox unless I connect via Bluetooth
If you're trying to connect to a gaming console, you might have issues with that. It works with gaming consoles that have optical out, but Xbox series x and ps5 don't have those anymore. If you're monitor has optical out (which I think yours does not), you would be able to audio out that way. Finding information on connecting this speaker to consoles is pretty scarce. From what very little I have seen (only 1 source so far), it sounds like you might need an adapter to get it to work. Definitely sounds like it will be a hassle though if it doesn't work directly by plugging it into the monitor. Unfortunately I'm not a console gamer so I don't have the latest gen consoles to test it on.
@@R-TechEnthusiast thanks mate appreciate your help, can you recommend any speakers that might be good for me? I’m not a big fan of wearing a headset so could do with some decent speakers that could connect with this monitor that aren’t too expensive
Looking at the lg xboom app, it "looks" like you can connect it via usb and if audio doesn't work, it says to turn off "UAC 2.0" feature in the app. However, in the manual, not once does it mention connecting usb to console, only via optical. So their manual and app aren't even consistent between each other. But going by the manual, this speaker is not meant to be connected to a console via anything other than optical. So you'll probably need to jump through some hoops to get it to work properly.
Comi uma empresa conceituada nao faz uma caixa de som gamer sem entrada auxiliar? Ridículo...
