@@AlsworthTV sometimes I feel that becoming a robot is the answer for the As. But, I like your advise of just doing my best. Also, I agree that in the C class I do learn more than the easy A one's.
Jaime Hernandez That is so true, if you think about it , gpa is just a number it truly does not matter in the big picture. If you are constantly aiming to be perfect, you’ll never be satisfied . Don’t worry we’ll get our A’s though 💪🏾
I’m glad I found this video, I’m a freshman majoring in engineering and now I’ll definitely be looking into getting an internship! Every single point in this video is encouraging, thank you!!!
You are so encouraging. I come to your videos now every Time I need encouragement to keep going on my degree. You are so right about balance!! It is so tempting to get a C and completely flip out and study 24/7! Thank you for your channel it really helps me.
Yo RUclips be coming in clutch!! I also recommend internships or shadowing for all fields. It’s a totally different ballpark. Everything starts to click ✅ Great video!
I read in one of your replies to a comment below ChemE is more about understanding than just memorization and that is so good to hear: I really loved biology sophomore year since my teacher was awesome (I'm a Senior in High School right now) but given how many terms and stuff you gotta memorize I said a full nope to wanting to do that in college; so I'm looking to start off majoring in ChemE 'cause it'll be a hard major, but understanding how stuff works in the real world just seems so cool. Thanks for the video dude 🤙 ps. C's get degrees! Sounds like a good foundation I feel for going into college: not worrying too much on grades but more importantly just focus on understanding material than just a couple exam scores
LMAO. I can so relate to u about the Chem part. I did great on Chem 1 and I was like pssh I got this and now im in chem 2 and im just like over here tryna hide under a rock!
I got straight As in high school and often finished top of my class on math exams. When I entered Mechanical Engineering, I was studying literally 4 to 5 times as hard to get a 2.8 or 2.9 gpa. That is average and actually a 2.9 GPA is enough with extracurriculars to get you considered for an internship with NASA. It is not an easy degree, but being one of the 40 percent to graduate is incredibly rewarding and worth it. Stick with it!
I think it’s roughly about the same to be honest if you think about aerospace engineering is just doing things with aircraft planes etc so it’s like engineering but not really
rashid alomari Yeah man, I def reccommend it if you’re thinking about it! The school part is not the most exciting, but once you get to an internship you’ll love it 🙌🏾
I’m not sure how similar they are, but I know that a chemical engineer could do research in a nuclear related topic & there are jobs for chemical engineers in the nuclear industry
C’s get degrees ya diggg
KingAdrian Facts, my guy 🙌🏾

I am 14 I am really good in math and science and art and average in every thing beside Spanish pls am I on the Wright track

Love the transparency! And I agree with the “feeling like changing your major” point. We gotta be strong & persevere out here! 💪🏾
Akua Larbi The Only way 🙌🏾
that fuel to power !! you are so right
I'm a recent grad in ChE and can relate a little too hard to getting 40% on an exam (my lowest was 34% 😅😅). Glad I found your channel!
My lowest was a 5% 😂😂
Lol... My brother I am proud of you... I know what you mean when you were in the class " look around you see you are the only one off color"....
Two Thumbs 👍 up...
Thanks for the advise. C get degrees, thinking of changing major 100 times, lol, that is me when I get frustrated. Keep rockin!

What you said about underestimating how hard a class is. Did that first week of 1st semester for applied math and I really played myself 😂💔
Great video!! Very insightful, love watching your vids!

What about aerospace engineering? Have anyone take it up?
I think it’s roughly about the same to be honest if you think about aerospace engineering is just doing things with aircraft planes etc so it’s like engineering but not really
Kind of a random question, but what was your favourite subject in school?
Math for sure
Love these videos!

Buen video bro, vi en video tuyo qué haces análisis de datos ¿me podrías decir que es eso ? Saludos desde Mexico
