PLEASE call ShopDisney about the damaged Pooh pin. I have called before when I received a flawed pin, and they sent me another one at no charge!!
As a nursing student you guys have not only made me fall in love with baymax, but have also have given me a stress reliever during all this craziness! Between working the Covid unit to studying, you guys have given me that pinch of magic I needed! Love you two and hope to run into y’all at some point! We were at Disney the day those Wishables came out. I spent SO much time squeezing bags. I bought the same number of bags and got the exact same results as you. Ahhhh!

I've been hearing from a lot of people that their Pooh pins are all messed up, but only the Pooh pins, none of the other characters! def reach out to shopdisney cause that sucks!
You’ll be able to get a refund for the pin as it’s defective, you wouldn’t get a refund if it was because you didn’t get the one you wanted. Good luck!
Also- I think that you are “feeling” the bags when you’re at the parks and already excited lol. Maybe that’s why you AND MANY OTHERS have trouble differentiating. Lol
Maybe try going into the Disney store- I would think if they actually saw the defective pin they’d be more likely to exchange and at least give you a new box
I got one bad Pooh and one good one! So surprising and frustrating!
Contact customer service about Pooh. You can't return him but since you opened him on camera and he looks THAT bad, they might send you a replacement box. Maybe try taking a magic sponge to pooh. Sometimes it can clean that grimey look off of them.

I got a messed up Pooh as well. It’s cute but smudgy.
Give shopdisney the opportunity to say yes. You have nothing to lose by seeing if they can reimburse you for the pin.
That really sucks about the pin :/ hoping you can send it back. Love your shirt!
Maybe try lightly rubbing the Pooh pin with an alcohol swab, just enough so maybe the smearing could come off? It might work, but if you do, make sure not to rub too hard or the paint will come off!

Aw yeah we saw people get the Pooh pin and all the ones we have seen in pin groups look like that one unfortunately 😭 I wonder if there are normal Pooh pins out there from that box would love to know! Totally reach out to shopdisney I’ve heard people got in touch with them and they sent them a new box ! Loved the video sorry the Pooh was a letdown! That's upsetting about the flawed pooh pin! I would still contact shop disney about that, I am sure they will do something!

Love the chip and dale. I would call and return the pin to see if they would do anything for you or possibly send you another. I know that they are nonrefundable but because it is a flawed pin it might be something to consider.
Great video!! I'd be willing to trade the Pooh pin, I like the different, defective and unique pins.
Our Pooh pin was flawed also but not that bad. Just specks of unfilled enamel and slight dips in spots :(
I got the same damaged pooh pin. I reached out to shopDisney. They were really nice. They sent me a replacement pin box they just can’t guarantee what pin I would get.

Such a shame about pooh I've had similar happen and got a dodgy mystery box pin shop disney offered to refund or replace so definitely reach out to them! love you guys 💖

I’ve seen so many messages about the Pooh pin. Seems to be across the board issue with Pooh. Call shop Disney. They will probably credit you.

I got a lady and tramp pin in one of the mystery boxes and it was also defected :(. Luckily though I got a duplicate cuz i bought like 5 of the mystery boxes

I would email the company and see if they would replace it for you. 13.00 is a lot of money to not be happy with it. I'm not one to complain but I definitely would after that.

From what other company would you accept a flawed product? Shop Disney has to do right by selling a poor quality pin, mystery or not. Other than that - loved the Chip ‘n Dale pin and the cactus Wishable - super cute!
I’m sure if you talk to the company in customer service and send them a picture of how flawed it is maybe they will send you a new one. Or send you money back. I am so sorry that that happened.. #justiceforpooh
