@@redigitt I watched 2 to 3 videos but the problem is that after pressing aney key or escape key screen is stuck . I press aney thing it doesn't work. I tried after restarting esc key pressing and F11 key same results

Reset your BIOS, then press the power button and then press the F10 key and don't use a wireless keyboard
or you can try to update the BIOS.
