This is the only right answer. Confirmed with a ThinkCentre M910s. The PC will beep a couple of times, then after rebooting and pressing F1 like there's no tomorrow, it will take you to the BIOS. It will also bootcycle like 2 or 3 times
Problem solved for 710s. RED Jumper you must use. Start PC and run around 30s. Off. Change RED Jumper back to original place. Now start PC and bios password has been reset.
Problem solved for ib250MH. Change RED Jumper. Start PC for three double beep. Off PC. Remove RED Jumper. Now start PC and wait wait until the PC restarts and bios password has been reset. Power off PC and put RED Jumper back to original place

Works: move jumper and run pc. Turn off pc, disconnect power cabel and switch jumper back. 🙂
