We Are The Ocean are playing at Portsmouth Guildhall on the 23rd April as part of MusicRadars Live and Unsigned Tour. The boys will be headlining local unsigned acts at the Regional final showcase of Live and Unsigned. Tickets are just £7.50 and are available now from Seetickets or the Live and Unsigned website.
This song reminds me of the way that The Blackout have taken. Sean doesn't scream as much as he used to, but their songs are still damn good. So are We Are The Ocean's. So shh, haters.

@cal1roberts I do see your point about how he just says a sentence with a rough voice then screams the last word and finally says "whooaaa" but this is just ONE of their more recent songs. Their old songs were all really heavy but now it is more organised and melodic. Every band changes slightly as the progress but some of their songs on 'cutting our teeth' are still as heavy as their old style.
I feel like this and nothing good as happened yet are the best songs they ever done,I tried liking the new material but it was boring and generic,nothing stands out any more,seems like they interchange between styles all the time and yes this can work but no it doesn't for them,they are a band with massive potential if they can find the right sound.
