Sports talk radio is nothing more than entertainment. While Boomer played the game at the highest level, he does have some insights. But the guy sitting next to him last suited up in High School and really is there for nothing more than his humorous impersonations. he knows nothing more than the average guy sitting on a bar stool giving his opinions. Whenever any of these talking heads spout off on what a professional sports team should or shouldn't do, just know it's meant as entertainment and to generate phone calls. These guys are not to be taken seriously.
Football sports talk radio is a male soap opera. I love it!!! What else would I do? Hang out with my mother in law.

And the end of the day it comes down to management and coaching. For a player to go somewhere else and be successful it because of a failure of coaching at his previous team. But for several players to do that it's a management problem because they are not managing their coach's or keeping anyone accountable. How many players have the giants benched this year because of lack of effort or attitude?
I said at the time that the Jets were going to ruin any QB's they draft UNLESS they hired a professional coaching staff.
Look how much better Dave Gettleman looks now. All the players he picked, now with other teams are shining. Barkley, McKinney, and Williams. Dexter Lawrence is the best in the game at his position. All that’s left is for Jones to go tear it up. What players that Schoen picked are doing nearly as good?
He wasn’t amazing had faults but at least could draft a great All Pro level player Schoen will never have one of those Gettleman drafted 5 at HB NT LT and S (x2) but it speaks to the fans no patience need to understand that after a year down takes 3-4 years for the new players to pop hence why Dex X and AT broke out years 3-4

MetDeath is just plain bad luck for both teams. The Jets need to grow up and get their own stadium. Vibes and positive energy play a big part in life. The Giants need a "good vibes" infusion.

I agree with you. How many cities/franchises in professional sports share stadiums with another team in the same city and the same league? Even in LA in the NBA, the Clippers got their own stadium now. Every other city besides New York that has two teams in the same sports league, those teams have different stadiums, like Chicago with the Cubs and White Sox have different stadiums, the Angels and Dodgers in baseball have different stadiums. Basically, not many have the same set-up as the Giants and Jets in the NFL

Koordinator Kliff Kingbury's offense has looked predictable with Washington, just like it did in Arizona. Yes, he seems to be doing a good job with Daniels, but the media always fails to mention that Washington also has former Philadelphia qb coach and offensive coordinator Brian Johnson on staff. He's listed as the "assistant head coach" and "passing game coordinator," which I take to mean that Johnson's sole responsibility is to help develop the rookie qb. I have no idea who deserves what credit for the Commander's recent offensive competency and Daniels' great looking rookie year, but at the very least, teams considering hiring Kingsbury as an hc should think about the fact he's had help this year. Maybe a lot, maybe a little, but either way, most oc's don't get to have an "assistant head coach" and "passing game coordinator" helping to carry the load.
I have been screaming this all year. We the fans need to sheild our team from the shtty Giant fans and haters mixed in to the crowd, and the hostile media needs to cool it and be supportive no matter what...til the wheels fall off!
Including Miami Dolphins too.
Thank you for minimizing the Giants/Jets talk this AM and spending more time talking about the rest of the NFL. It's way more interesting. There is nothing to talk about with the Giants and Jets until free agency.
Geno, Leonard Williams, Sam Darnold are all doing well....in other places.
There is not a franchise QB in this draft. So getting the #1 pic is not a necessity

Draft picks are not the magic potion that fixes everything. Half the time they end up sucking in the NFL. The Giants org is dysfunctional from ownership down and all the draft picks in the world won't fix that.
GB never had that issue when he was there. sure he may say bad things about upper mgmt when he voice about certain players he want but never mention about other team mates. there are some team mates doesnt get along with rodgers. when packers were struggling it was mccarthy play call that was old and everyone knew mccarthy time was up in gb. at the end its a team sport. you have 11 guys not 1 guy that can carry the team. guys you mention played on terrible roster.

Oh really??? Evan Neal taken 7th overall is a bust. Thibs does not play to the level of a 5th overall pick. Took Wan’Dale over George Pickens. Ezeudu is already off the team. Bellinger is a non factor. Belton is a non factor. McFadden misses tackles all the time. McKethan is off the team. Beavers is off the team. DJ Davidson is a non factor. Banks is a quitter. JMS is one of the worst centers in the league. They traded up for Hyatt and he hardly plays. Gray is a non factor. Hawkins is trash. Theo leads the league for drops for a tight end. Muasau hardly plays. Schoen also let Saquon walk who was the best player on the offense and face of the franchise who is now jumping over people backwards in green and may win MVP this year; also he had said Saquon was washed at 27 and then precedes to drat a 25 year old rookie. Let’s go of a 24 year old McKinney who may win DPOY and leads the league in INTs; giants have 1 for the season by the way. Gave Jones maybe the worst QB contract in nfl history (certainly the Giants history) and then cuts him not even 2 years into a 4 year deal. Traded Leo Williams and got Darren Waller out of it, remind how that worked out again. Signed Burns to a massive contract that hasn’t been lived up to this year. And if you made it this far the Giants are now in year 3 of this “rebuild” and have gotten SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE every year, like they’re breaking records on how bad they are. To put things in perspective the Lions went 3-13 with Dan Campbell as new coach in their rebuild. Then 9-8, then 12-5 and are currently 11-1 this year, just in case you’re wondering how rebuilding works. Schoen chose Daboll as his coach and BOTH have failed this franchise miserably and BOTH are responsible for probably the worst season in franchise history.
@@tonymaes88while Schoen has been terrible I will say Burns is the best player he’s added unfortunately he’s on a bad team that’s always down and getting ran on consistently and Det traded Stafford for a Goff and 2 picks accelerated the rebuild process turning 1 asset into 3 starters
