Gonna shock people by saying this, but I much prefer new Ghost to old Ghost. In the OG series, I found him incredibly overrated because he just felt like another guy with the squad who just happened to have a cool mask and voice and he didn't feel as integral to the story as Price, Soap, Yuri, and Sandman. Here, he's much more human and fleshed out and actually feels like a proper character with a personality. In fact, I think the characterisation and personalities are generally much better here than the previous series
