- (Re-uploaded in higher quality, in HD and in one piece) Air date: 1/11/1992. This was the 7th overall week in Peter Surette's long run that he had during the 1991-1992 season of the show, with Jack Quinn being his opponent during this particular week. This was the first appearance for Jack on the show since early 1984, and he certainly made a lot of great shots to show how well he could bowl during this particular telecast.
Thanks to Brian Fuller Jr. for providing this tape, hope you all enjoy and R.I.P. Don Gillis.
Jack Quinn is one of my favorite Candlepin bowlers. He was so smooth.
Many times, you couldn't even hear the ball touch the lane on his delivery.
@@netrade3898 He was one of the great ones!
Thank you so much Wolf for keeping up with these for the last 15 years!
Excellent picture quality, and this was a match from almost 30 years ago.
Cheers, Wolf!
Wow this Quinn dood is a BEAST!

Thanks for all your uploads! Happy New Year !
Quinn didn't leave a pin standing in the first string, which is candlepin's version of a "perfect game".
Dude hit his ave in the 7th 😲
If surrette is the best, I'm taking up in candle pins
Amazing that a defending champion can lose that badly dang.
Bro that’s my grandpa-
If you ever questioned how far back steroid usage goes...this obviously helps establish a lower bound.
