Thanks for this great video. They didn’t need to change out the Left Body Controller module on your car? Some people had to have that module changed out cause it was not enabling the Trailer Mode to work properly.
What build date is your 2023 MY? Is it Fremont or Austin factory?
no module replaced, I haven't tow anything beside a bike rack. 23 LR MY, TX

2 hours max, if the guy did it before, maybe 1 hour. It was my guy's first time, so he had to follow instructions on his laptop.

He didn't look like he used a torque wrench to properly screw the hitch receiver in place. But it could be just the angle not allowing me to see it
He didn't, he just shot it. He also missed to add the stuff in the zip bag like washer, or pad stuff.

Im confused. Why didnt he not put back the aluminum crash bar. Every installation video shows everyone putting that bar back.
you sure? this is not space after install the tow hitch for the crash bar

Searched more. So some hitches like the EcoHitch allow you to put it on top. While others including TESLAS version actually leave it out.
@@DomZhao here's a question for you! Did the installer put any nylon spacers between the hitch and body? Some hitches come with them to prevent galvanization from happening. [Rust]
@@exil3dlivecom I don't think he did. I came with washer but I don't think he put it from the video I watched.
@@DomZhao hmm... maybe have tesla send another guy to do it right. Galvanization can eat you whole rear end badly. Some guy posted pics of how bad it can get.
