AURIS Sunvisor Quick Definitive FIX

My Toyota AURIS sunvisor started to show a small tear on the side and what begun as an small opening, later became a big reap that was spreading and quickly rendering my sunvisor useless.
An AURIS sunvisor replacement does not come cheap. So, I came up with a solution that might also save your sunvisor's life. My AURIS is from 2010, I believe this solution might also work for other models or even for other auto makers.
