You can play on Bluestacks Emulator
I've tried some download but never work and I've tried this one and it's working
There're 2 download from internet archive I'm not sure which one it is but here
archive.org/details/tetris-2011-version & archive.org/details/tetris-2010-version-apk
Download APK File then import to Bluestacks
