Is there any way to do this on a 12 pad layout? what instruments would you place and where? I’m new to finger drumming and just want to get my feet wet, but…i only have an sp404sx. Will be looking into an mpc or machine drum controller in the future though as I found Im more interested in jungle/dnb beats than lo-fi hip hop. thank you if you are able to respond!

personally i was looking more for tips on how to physically do the drumming with your fingers. appreciate the video tho, mad skills.

Do you have to have the akai software to set this up? I have the MPD218 but it's just sitting on my desk. I use FL Studio 21...
Im using reason here. You should be able to connect to any DAW.
