It's very safe because there is an automatic earthquake detection system(called UrEDAS) and obstacle detection system, which automatically stops before the seismic waves reach.
They are fully equipped with the whole Shinkansen system, and it is famous that there have been zero deaths since its opening.

Let me make one regretful announcement. The train you have just boarded is called Tokaido Shinkansen, which works the same way as many other trains in the world. The floating train is a high-speed train called the Linear Chuo Shinkansen. This Linear Chuo Shinkansen is still under construction.

In exchange for preferential tax treatment, Japanese cars, especially those with yellow license plates, have a set displacement, length, width, and height.
(Engine displacement 660cc or less, length 3.4m or less, width 1.48m or less, height 2.0m or less)
Therefore, many of them are square shaped to maximize the volume of the car.
Not only do these vehicles offer tax benefits, but they also consume less fuel, making them excellent for use by a single driver for daily shopping and commuting.
Currently, about 40% of all new cars sold in Japan are of this standard.
There are also two-seater mid-ship sports types, 4WD SUVs, and agricultural trucks. Some vehicles are equipped with turbocharged engines.

Thank you for introducing my country Japan! I'm afraid Shinkansen so far cannot levitate. You're talking about Linear Chuo Shinkansen, which is under construction and will operate later than 2027. It's maximum speed will be about 500 km/h. The present fastest 320 km/h is only in Tohoku Shinkansen between Tokyo and Tohoku, north east of Japan.

Yoshinoya, Nakau, Sukiya are recommended because they are cheaper than ramen shops.
Katsuya is about the same price as ramen.
    ·Gyudon『beef bowl』
    ·Oyakodon『chicken&egg bowl』
    ·katsudon 『Pork cutlet bowl』
    ·unagi『eel bowl』
    ·tonkatsu『Pork cutlet』
    Popular with foreigners.
A full-fledged eel restaurant costs about 50 pounds.
Full-fledged sushi restaurants and sukiyaki restaurants are also expensive.

Nice video but first of all, the 320 km/h is on the tohoku Shinkansen and not the Tokaido, and second is that once reached a certain speed the wheels doesn’t go up in order for the train to levitate bc that only happens in the under construction chuo shinkansen which has maglev system but this one goes with wheels during the whole trip as this train can’t levitate

Hey, it seems that Japan is currently building a new type of bullet train called the maglev Shinkansen, which will use superconducting technology to float and travel above the tracks. When completed, it's rumored to reach speeds of over 500 kilometers per hour! It's hard to believe, right? I mean, it's something I'd definitely want to experience at least once in my lifetime. You should check out the RUclips videos of the test runs they've uploaded.

Probably takes untill 2027 to be completed or maybe not, Since Shizuoka is protesting not to dig tunnel for maglev. As not only it can harm the environment and forests, animals will have no place to live and come down to people’s house.
