Bill Steer and Mike Amott called from the Liverpool area band Carcass; they want their style back 😂Not bad actually; though the song titles come too close to home starting after the former English fella’s quit Napalm Death 💀 which had ripped off the band Siege’s Drop Dead Lp from 1983-84; outta Providence, Rhode Island around the corner really. Barney Greenaway has said that on a GrindCore VHS 📼 interview when asked whereas they’d found their sound. He told them from a big influence on their Scum album in 1986-87; Earache picked them up and as they say- the rest is history kids! I do dig this band’s music tho’ Kinda a shame they didn’t keep it going, right.? Sincerely, DJP Anal Cunt; Postmortem and Kilslug Sony; Earache 🇬🇧 Columbia and TAANG!! I spoke too soon guys ⛓️ Cheers!!
@@asphyxdeathCarcass’s sound was around a lot earlier than the 90’s, but I see your point about that too. Yup.. and that’s why whatever style’ya play onstage has absolutely nothing to do with what you’re listening to after a gig. Trust Me; I’ve been doing this for over 4 decades now with Mortem 🇺🇸 and I’m getting old Bro’ Sincerely, DJP Anal Cunt; Postmortem and Kilslug Sony; Earache 🇬🇧 Columbia and TAANG!! I love this bass sound. It has this specific long lost sinister and ominous vibe. Generally a surprisingly good demo, with skillful arrangements!
