I've been bitten by a copperhead (Didn't antagonize it on purpose - I stepped on it by accident) and a coupe different types of non-venomous snakes, and have had a 9 ft. python wrapped around my arm, and I'm still not afraid of them. I'm sorry you cling to such an old-fashioned, childish belief that they're somehow inherently frightening.

There can still be more monsters. If those giant snakes were out in public they’d be terrorizing people. It’s happened before. Snakes in general are deadly, massive snakes of a monstrous size are monsters. They just don’t let their victims slither away to tell the stories.
