@SuperFagit1 A 'pall' is technically that cloth cover laid over a coffin. A pall-bearer is one of the people that carries a coffin in/out of the church and to the graveyard.

Marjolein13, it means to pay ones own way. It's mostly used in dating where normally the guy pays for everything. Going Dutch means that the guy pays for his expense and his date pays for her expenses.
