It's one of the earliest mods that was available for Vic 3. I think it was out not too long after release. I remember being surprised that such a large mod had been released so soon after the game launch.

Yes I will skip nations that I play in mods but I will only play nations that are really boring such as Bikaner in this case

racial segregation always seems funny as a non white country
probably because there isn't really a precedent for that historically
at least not a well known one
I actually think this is a problem with the game - the laws are very America centred and rigid

Sorry for saying something you probably already realise but your accent is pretty hard to understand, especially we watch on 2x speed. Try to find a pronounciation guide that breaks down each sound in English to tongue movements and it will help.

I've never cared much for Divergences, I find a lot of the changes uninteresting and kind of fan-ficky.
