To #29, I might also add the book that allows you to make Pure Mineral Water. The Goldenrod and Chrysanthemum flowers are easy to collect in the Forest biome and Coal is easy to collect in the Burned Forest biome. All you need after that is a campfire with a cooking pot and you can stretch your water supply by something like a factor of 5. Which enables you to use water for other scarce craftables like glue.
Just set up 3 Dewcollectors per Player, then you will be fine with water, but yeah, it IS one of my favorite books! Makes having Water with you soo easy! Waterfilter in the helmlet is an option, but i hate it. Or taking vitamins and then drink up to 200 ...
@@justus8675 Pure mineral water has additional perks beyond just water, though. If has 3x the amount of water, cures dysentery to 20% and has efficient digestion for 6 minutes. Get that book an never look back.
@@justus8675 The water filter mod is good early game until water is sorted but I find it takes a long time to drink enough out of a ditch to hydrate the guy. Dew collectors are easy enough to make early on in 1.0 now that they don't require us to buy a filter from the trader, I never did find one in the wild previously.
19:18 I think exploding bolts take damage boosts from the Explosives perk rather than Archery, or at least the numerical stats say so anyway, which is really misleading. Could even be the case where the splash is boosted by Explosives and the contact damage is boosted by Archery because spaghetti code
Great tips! I've noticed the repetitive nature of the Crack a Book/Savage Country grind. What can you do, though? That's where the important stuff is! Love the outtro. 😆
I just hate the books in general. Give me back the good ol learn by doing, pls, for the love of God. I would even take back the points to learn over this hot mess.
this is the reason i now usually go for Strength/Perception. Lucky looter can be upgraded to level three very early on, plus perception also has the bonus of being associated with explosives, and pipe bombs are dirt cheap for their damage. Rank 3 lucky looter + Treasure hunter's mod + easily accessible tier 5 end loot + any biome other than forest/burnt forest = very high chance of decent weapons if you can be bothered to smack open a 10k chest with a stone axe, or just bring lockpicks. I even do these at night (Nightmare speed when night) cus by day i actually play the game normally. When they inevitably wake up, I just get on my bicycle and skedaddle until they forget I exist then come back with rocks to lure them away/into 1v1s (there are pillars placed around in case things go to hell)
Also you forgot to warn people about the completion bonus for shotguns: aside from being able to bulk craft shotgun ammo you will also completely obliterate any wood block you hit with them. Book shelves are made of wood.
Hey IzPrebuilt! had 2 questions if you know itd help a lot! !. do multiple attributes ie 1 point in each add more chance to find armor books or does it stagnate? 2. you put multiple perks into lock picking, do you get more in workstations with multiple or would just the first perk work? Anecdotal is fine if you dont know this vids been a big help! Hope to see more great content!
an easy way to max out all your books is to log out after setting off a crackabook quest and log back in, the POI will be reset and the quest will also reset so you can clear the POI as many times as you want, and if it is an infested quest, you can farm the infested loot box at the end of the poi too. I mean if you choose this tactic you might as well go into developer mode and give yourself the books its that overpowered and cheesy.
I hate how I’ll have 70% of the cooking books, maybe 30% on skills I’m using, barely any in vehicle adventures, and a decent bit in skills I don’t even use.
why noting about tech junkie and and all the good things about it ( are you hating the baton ) the best melee if you ask me if you maxed on all of that tree . combine it whit turrets and you are god . love it all looking forward to the next series' .
I fcking refuse to wear a shopping trolley on my head/body....don't care that it is the 'best' way to skill up on their shitty book system:) thx for the vid Iz.
This game is dead. I Played along-side you (didn't use your seed) but it was essentially the same game only easier. The fact that you can create armour so quick, and then adding mods to make it more difficult... there are just better games to play. Minecraft has changed so much since I last played it in 2013. Yes I've seen the vods but actually playing it is adifferent story I tink you NEED to change games. 7DTD is gone mate.

"this is showbusiness baby'' . Classic.
"Go 'way!" That one two word sentence made me laugh so hard after you were doing... that weird stuff. Goober. xD
That outro killed me! Snorfling hot coffee through the nose HURTS, PB!

That ending though. 😂

There is a very useful T1 book store. it's a one story with a tractor crashed in to a wall
The book barn is the POI you're thinking.
True, and they appear in the forest biome "starter towns".

Yes more points = more books
I try to craft a level 3 or 4 nerd outfit just to read armor books and get armor completed faster too.
In 1.2 Zombies bears seem to spawn in the Wasteland only at night. During daytime I've only seen regular bears.

I level up hammers fairly fast with no points into hammers nor any intention of using them. I hear ya.
I'm just here for the chaos

You are a menace to society.
nothing odd happens at the end of this video idk what you mean
Thank you for this comment. I would have missed the end! Thanks prebuilt. Excited for the next series!
@IzPrebuilt for the next Marvel end credit scene 😅
Decimated those direwolves
Wait. So vanilla wandering hordes are only 6-12 zombies? Now that's sad. No wonder people rarely ever take them as a threat XD.
When killing rotten wolves is more profitable than doing long, tedious trader quests... wow.
Buying books is the way.

Right.
❤❤❤
For the first tip, I recommend installing a QoL mod that shows ✅ instead of open book, for easier and quicker management.
Bears have lots of meat and steroids, they ain't useless! LoL ^^
Do you miss the point of sentences deliberately or is it just something that comes automatically

If that's how you feel then maybe you could be gone with it?
