I bought a footballers house some years ago and I decided to refurbish it. I wanted to take you all on the journey with me so you can see how I make money in the property sector as well as the automotive one.

Money is not meant to control people, rather it is meant to be put to work producing more money for you. You cannot build wealth without putting money in its rightful place.❤
People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian.
Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things

The building regs don’t stipulate room sizes. It’s the government’s statutory guidance which is the Technical housing standards document which does.
Yes normally 6.5m2 min, but some councils require larger room sizes so be careful out there

New builds are not the answer. Do up ones that are derelict/boarded up.
The housing crisis will not be solved anywhere in the country,not enough houses been bulit and it doesn't help when the local councils are giving the houses to immigrants,there get free houses etc and some even get put up in hotels,the country housing crisis is caused by this massive problem
Agreed and let's not forget that the houses that are getting built are ridiculously priced aswell! Pure greed from the developer adding onto the issue 👌🏻

In the US we have section 8 which is government housing for low income families. It's basically guaranteed rent every month for homeowner and I'm working on getting my second property this year.
Housing is being created but a small percentage is used for social housing and the rest goes private. For example, in my area they're building 1500 new homes on a old gas plot of which only around 35% is affordable housing (still expensive) and 2 percent will be social. It's greedy private landlords that are perpetuating the crisis and international investors buying for and leaving properties empty. Look at the Olympic site. None of those tower blocks are at full capacity and thousands of properties lay empty as they're unaffordable and used by the rich as investment.

True title Yanni Builds property portfolio and increases wealth. not that there's anything wrong with that just don't label it different, By buying a property in a area with lower prices and making it higher all your doing is making that area unaffordable i.e making the housing crisis worse

Under council and ukl gov policies law. Single bedrooms can hold 2 children up to the age of 18-21 (same gender/sex) Different gender/sex is age 9-12). So as long as it can hold a bunk bed its council approved.

Immigrants can be just as productive (and often even more productive), as long as the integration is feasible. Everybody, no matter if they are an immigrant or not, just wants to work, provide for their family, and be happy.

I can see you've never needed/ known ppl who needed council housing before. Because if you have been part of the system then you'd know how hard it is to find council housing and a lot of ppl are on the list without enough properties for them. By making it in to more bedrooms a family that can't find housing anywhere else now will have a home for their family. Lots of families live in shelters or hotels since they have no where to live. You sound quite sheltered or at least ignorant. it's very difficult to find 3 bedroom council homes. Yes the rooms are small but when you go from having no room to a small room you really appreciate that small room. a lot of kids never even had their own room. Pls do some research or speak to ppl in need.

Some people in the comment section forget that the world does not, has not, and never will run on charity. For places to evolve, places to be built, and places to be maintained, somebody usually more than one, has to profit from it. If you can't afford to be on the end that profits from building it, buying it, or setting it up, then you benefit from being able to rent it. If the rent is too high for you, move where your means can cover it. You are not entitled to live where you want, only where you can afford to.

local housing crisis has created oppurtunity to print money to these guys now, rents are guaranteed local authority paid by benefits for years for these guys off the goverment, creating generational wealth for there familys for the future. its easier than ever now as housing waiting lists are full. guaranteed rent no issues as they sign 5 year lease at a time. mostly immigrants as larger familys get priority which most of them have.

You can solve the housing issue by closing the immigration opportunities
total immigrants only calculate for 14% of the total uk population. immigrants are a massive minority still... the housing issue is just people are unable to afford properties people need to realise they need to skill up and increase their wealth also looking up north (burnley, blackburn etc) you can usually get a 2/3 bed for 100k you need a 10k deposit and monthly it'll cost you £450 a month
Thing to also look at is the bigger picture. I am old enough the remember being told in the 90s that immigration would increase our GDP hugely. Many years later our GDP hasn’t increased in line with population rise. The fact is we have taken in too many liabilities, too many unskilled people coming over. We need skilled people here who will contribute more than they take, by likely a factor of two, not the ones who require support and cost us money.
Yian mentioned about how his mate is ruthless in business, we need that same ruthless approach to people coming here. Furthermore, if you increase supply of unskilled labour, the rates remain low. Which is why no one can afford to live now.

Strongly disagree I'm afraid. ALL the public sector is inefficient, slow and unresponsive. This renovation would have taken the council 1 Yr + and would have been done to no better standard. Private landlords have the incentive to get properties back on the market and full in as short a time as possible, saving the council money as they don't have to use emergency providers.
