The same thing can happen for other impressions like feelings. First time I noticed someone else's anger wasn't my own was interesting. They were feeding me energy I could then turn around and use to focus and that refocusing of the energy that was given dissipated their anger! For thoughts turning down the volume I've found is related to getting some objective distance as an observer. There's an energy of 'my thought' that is different than just thoughts. That energy is the same as the felt sense of self.
Thanks Ronnie -- we've got to switch it up sometimes! Besides, I don't want you all to trance out every time you hear my voice, as fun as that might be:)
@@AmaraStrand Yeah, but what if I WANT to trance out all the time! Now I'm bouncing off the furniture in my living room while trying to grab hold of the message😂 But all jokes aside, I like both flavours. I guess there's a time and place for each one of them. In my personal experience it has all to do with being grounded, irrespective of how you even define what grounding is. If you believe in chakras, it's to do with the root, the sacral and the solar plexus. And to a lesser extent the third eye. If you don't believe in chakras, it would still feel like the bottom half of your physical vessel that needs the most tending to, so the upper half, mainly the head doesn't get too much 'unhinged'. When the latter happens you will, at least in my experience, become a magnet for these 'alien' radiostations (as you would call them). From personal experience I can say that if you succeed at creating a steady flow of life force energy throughout your physical vessel and beyond, all perfectly aligned with one another, these 'alien' radiostations (I'd like to call them 'alien' radiowaves, but that's just the semantics of things) don't stand a chance. It has all to do with your personal inclination of gravitating towards partaking in (rigorous) physical activity, assertive communication, disassociating yourself from your personal mindmap (through meditation, yoga, etc) and NOT getting caught up in overanalysis paralysis that all contribute to creating a state of being that doesn't allow for 'pirate' thoughts to jump onboard, so to speak. Keep up the good work, Amara! Cheers!✌
Grounding and centering your awareness is key, I agree -- and you've got to make it second nature, not something you do in meditation once a week. Otherwise it's too easy to get pulled off center. Love the image of thought pirates!
Thanks for the new video 🙏. I have a question, is it theoretically possible to create a past-self meditation just like the future self one which you previously made? One in which either we or our future self would travel back in time to heal and guide our past selves, just like we receive guidance from the future self in the current meditation? Something like backwards review meditation of Rudolph Steiner, but with the added option of actively changing the past after processing and healing it? Also is the future self the same as the higher self? Thanks. 🙏💯
Of course it is possible. I wrote a post a long time ago on retrocausaility. This is a great topic you bring up Abhishek -- I've used this kind of meditation with private consult clients, though through dialogue. Doing it with an audio spell would be very useful too, since one could revisit it until the change is sealed in.

Thank you Amara! I so love and appreciate your voice and beautiful videos. 💖💫💖
You are so welcome, thanks for stopping in.
WOW! Love the change in musical direction. 🤩 Made me smile all way 😄 Love what the dancing robots symbolise as well. Slave to our programs (thoughts)!

@@AmaraStrand wow, that's great! Thanks for the reply. 🙏💯👌
Just my opinion-the music is way too high and ur voice is way too low in last few videos. Did u do something different?
Yikes...I used a different headset to edit. Thanks for mentioning it.
