My rings are stuck.I can't move either one because of the litte pegs. The notches are on the bars on the outside, and I can't move either one of them to move the other ring because of the pegs. :/ It's been stuck like that for a few months now.
This puzzle can be put into a position it can never be taken out of. A friend forced something on mine and now it’s in limbo. With my equa piece on the small arm, and the arm goes down to the left. The bump on the other piece is on the right side and there is no we’re to go from there
I actually did this one only using one arm on the casing. I had no idea it was thinner so I got lucky there. 10 days to solve and I definitely did it the hard way!
I finally figured it out! The outside ball piece bars are NOT all the same. One of them is slightly thinner than the others and gets thicker as it moves away from the intersection. Take a ruler and figure out which one it is (measure near the intersection). The puzzle can only be solved when the first ring (the one without the protrusion) is on this one thin bar. He actually explains this in the video, but I skipped the first half because I already thought I knew how to get that far. Most. Evil. Puzzle. Ever.
i hate vortex so much. I'm a really calm guy, but vortex made me totally agressive. now my trashbin can solve the puzzle. best solution for me and all the people around me xD I solved equa in about 45-60 minutes, but I'm struggle now at getting it back together. I dont like it at all, its to fiddly imo. I dont wanna talk about quartet xD I have it at home, but I'm absolutly sure that I dont want to try this. I will give it away. enigma is the only lvl6 I really like

Try rotating the rings one or the other. One should loosen up

Finding the thin bar was a hard part, getting it apart from there was easy, but putting it back together? That is a nightmare.

your cheating! the metal nubs are there to PREVENT YOU from get past the middle.
its not solving if you take a grinder to it first!
