So the primary guest on the reservation was under your wife's name since she is the Amex Platinum cardholder, but they let you add your Bonvoy # to the reservation to stack the Platinum benefits?

You can use the Amex credit on someone else if you are also checking in. So I was able to check in under my account with my wife there too

For myself yes staying on a Amex FHR rate. Club would have free breakafst too if youre Platinum/Titanium
